Arab satellite broadcasters that can be received in Belgium openly incite to Jew hatred and terror attacks. The Jewish community is shocked and asks the Flemish minister of Media Geert Bourgeois to immediately block them.

“We have known for a while that this can be seen on some TV broadcaster,” says Michael Freilich, chief editor of Joods Actueel. “But to our great surprise we must now conclude that it’s absolutely not a problem to receive those broadcasters here. On some broadcasters it’s even openly incited to Jew hatred. They spout pure hatred.”

France has in the past banned an Arab broadcaster for calling to hate and violence. A broadcasting ban was imposed on the Lebanese broadcaster Al-Manar [Hizbullah station] in 2004, with a penalty of 5,000 euro a day.

Minister Bourgeois is taking the complaint seriously, though he expects to meet with the Jewish community eventually, before starting an investigation. “But in own own media law is clearly says that broadcasters may not broadcast programs that incite to hate,” says Bourgeois’ spokesperson, and that if necessary those broadcasters will indeed be taken off the air. The problem is these are not regular broadcasters but rather satellite broadcasters, and on purely technical grounds it’s more difficult.

Mohamed Chakkar of the Federation of Moroccan Associations says that if broadcasters are really preaching antisemitism, then action must be taken.

“But to be honest, I haven’t yet seen anything like it.”

The noisy call to prayer is an act of dominance and aggression. The louder it is, the better. Mosques were always supposed to be built in high ground, or in the most imposing spot, towering over churches and synagogues, in the lands first conquered by Islam. Those aggressive skyward thrusting minarets were symbols of power, of dominance. And the same thing continued wherever Islam went.

Some fail to understand that the placement of mosques, the size of mosques, the significance of minarets, and those calls or cries, now electronically amplified, are all part of a single system. That system is one by which the mosque is not merely or mainly a place of worship, but a place of community gathering. It is a political and social center. It is even — in the Muslim lands — a place for shows of support or defiance against the government (the naming of the rulers in the khutba being a sign of loyalty, and the omission of those names a sign of disaffection), of plots and schemes. It is even — as we see even here and there in Europe — a place to store weapons, explosives, false papers in false ceilings — and a place from which to fire on Infidels (see Iraq, see all of Iraq).

A mosque is NOT a Muslim “church.” It is a Muslim “church” and a Muslim “community center” and a Muslim “armory” and a Muslim “army recruiting center” and a Muslim everything. The easy, and comforting, belief in the West that it is merely a “house of worship” is something that Infidels must disabuse themselves of — and they can best do this by reading, perhaps starting with Snouck Hurgronje and other great Orientalists, on the subject of “the mosque.”

COPENHAGEN, Denmark – Danish police said Tuesday they have arrested three people suspected of plotting to kill one of the 12 cartoonists behind the Prophet Muhammad drawings that sparked a deadly uproar in the Muslim world two years ago.

Sowdi Arabia: Love is ‘unislamic’- its better to hate…

SAUDI Arabia’s religious police have banned red roses ahead of Valentine’s Day, forcing couples in the conservative Muslim nation to think of new ways to show their love.

The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice has ordered florists and gift shop owners in the capital Riyadh to remove any items coloured scarlet, which is widely seen as symbolising love, newspapers said.

“They visited us last night,” the Saudi Gazette quoted an unidentified florist as saying.

It is not unusual for the Saudi vice squad to clamp down ahead of Valentine’s Day, which it sees as encouraging relations between men and women outside of wedlock, the newspaper said.

Saudi Arabia imposes an austere form of Sunni Islam that prevents unrelated men and women from mixing, bans women from driving and demands that women wear a headscarf and a cloak.

Dutch islam critic seeks protection in France

Paris will help if she accepts French citizenship

Somali-born author and former Dutch Member of Parliament Ayaan Hirsi Ali has appealed worldwide for help to fund her protection. She says she is daily receiving death threats because of her open criticism of extreme Islam.

Her dreams may be about to come true as French politicians and intellectuals come to her rescue. They have responded by offering her worldwide protection but only if she takes up French citizenship. The Dutch government is refusing to protect her outside the country.

In 2004, Ms Hirsi Ali collaborated with Theo van Gogh on the film “Submission,” which examined the link between Islamic law and the suffering of millions of women under Islam. Van Gogh was murdered by a Dutch Islamic extremist and Ayaan Hirsi Ali has been living under 24 hour protection.

United States

After resigning from the Dutch parliament, Hirsi Ali moved to the United States to work for the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research. In October 2007, the Dutch government decided it would no longer fund her personal security when she is abroad. Ayaan Hirsi Ali has since been looking for funds to pay her own protection.
Why has Ms Hirsi Ali come to Paris, expecting France to do what the Dutch refuse? She explains:

“It’s the outrage, expressed by French intellectuals at the decision of the current Dutch administration to stop protecting me, that gives me strength and hope. Strength, to go on fighting injustices to women in the name of Islam. And hope that my life will be protected, if not by the Dutch government, then hopefully by the French government. One more [bit of] practice in French: Je serais honorée d’avoir la possibilité de devenir française. Merci beaucoup.[I would consider it an honour to become a French citizen.]”

While all the participants agreed that Hirsi Ali should be protected, Ayoub asked why French taxpayers should foot the bill for her protection. According to him, she knew what she was doing.

Manji replied, saying that this means only those who can afford protection can enjoy freedom of speech. In conclusion, she praised France’s decision to support a pan-European fund to protect “lower-profile dissident Muslims” such as the French Algerian director Mohamed Sifaoui.

UNEMPLOYED scrounger Mohammed Salim is getting the state to pay for him, his wife and their ELEVEN kids—because he can’t be bothered to go to work.

He quit his £27,000 job teaching maths and science three years ago and is BETTER OFF claiming £29,096 a year in benefits.

And he has much more time to devote to his Islamic political party— which ATTACKS the British government, even though this country gives his family their food, clothes and house for free.

Mohammed is also busy planning his TWELFTH baby with wife Noreen, 35, but has no plans to get a job.

” I hate condoms..”

He grinned: “For many years I worked in Derby as a teacher, earning £27,000 a year, and Noreen would be at home with the kids.

“I would come home at weekends. Then I moved back to work in Manchester and took a pay cut to £24,000. It was a load of c***.

“I was teaching at a college and I’d be up at 5.30am with the kids then have to go to work.

“I just couldn’t be a***d with sitting in traffic. I’d be sat in traffic for hours and I felt like I’d done a day’s work by the time I got there, I was so stressed.”

“It’s nice to be at home with the kids and for Noreen to have a hand.”

That’s a luxury most hard-working taxpayers who struggle to support their families can only dream about.

The family we’re all supporting live in a comfy five-bedroom house on a quiet street in Rochdale, Gtr Manchester. They get £19,000 a year Jobseeker’s Allowance, £6,600 Child Benefit, £2,496 free school meals and £1,000 Council Tax Relief.

They have a minibus to swan around in, two TVs and a computer, plus a garden full of brightly-coloured toys. Noreen has never worked since marrying Mohammed—who is her cousin—when she was 16.

She said: “I spend all day clearing up after the children. As soon as you pick up one pile of crisps or mop up drink, there’s another.”

As she sits on the sofa nursing their latest addition—an as yet unnamed two-week-old girl—Mohammed explains: “I can’t stand condoms.

Now he spends his time running his political party, Islam Zinda Badd, whose name means ‘Long Live Islam’.

He said: “I set it up to protest about the war in Iraq and the NHS, and we want to show that all Muslims are not terrorists.

“We use the Koran for guidance. We are not radical”

We believe that we should look after each other, especially children and the elderly, and that wealth should be shared.

Islamist extremists have infiltrated Government and key public utilities to pass sensitive information to terrorists, the security services have warned.
Counter-terrorism officials say “insiders” or their associates are almost certainly working “undetected” in sensitive posts and are actively supporting the activities of extremists.

In some cases, lifelong relationships between friends or relatives are being exploited to obtain crucial information from those in sensitive posts.

The development is detailed in intelligence reports circulated to the Home Office, police and Whitehall officials.

The London Underground, Gatwick airport and BT are cited as examples of organisations which have been targeted by individuals linked to terrorists.

Officials say the idea of “penetrating the enemy is pervasive” for Islamic extremists.

It is understood a number of suspected jihadists working in Government departments and the public services are being monitored by the security services.

Details of the threat emerged months after the Daily Mail revealed fears that Scotland Yard has been infiltrated by individuals linked to extremist groups including Al Qaeda.

Several police officers and civilian staff are being monitored amid claims they are long-term sleepers trying to gain sensitive information of use to terrorists.

Some are even believed to have attended terror training camps in Pakistan or Afghanistan.

Fanatics who infiltrate the Government or the “Critical National Infrastructure” – vital utilities such as water, electricity, transport and communications – have a number of objectives.

These include trying to gain information on what the law enforcement agencies know about the activities of fellow Islamist extremists and how to evade the attention of police and the security services.

They may also try to obtain information or intelligence to help them to carry out acts of terrorism.

This involves getting access to premises or individuals “with the immediate purpose” of mounting an attack or obtaining sensitive information to facilitate a later atrocity.

The extremists might also seek information which is of “indirect use” to the planning of a terrorist attack – such as getting access to banking information to raise money through fraud, gaining insider knowledge about airport security and surveillance measures on the London Underground.

Security sources say there is evidence that UK-based terrorists have discussed the possibility of attacking national infrastructure targets with the help of a “sympathetic insider”.

MI5 has warned in the past that suspects with “strong links” to Osama Bin Laden have tried to join the British security services and, in January last year, exiled radical Omar Bakri claimed that Islamic extremists were infiltrating the police and other public sector organisations.

College teachers must be “vigilant” in tackling the threat posed by violent extremists who attempt to recruit teenage students to terrorism, ministers said yesterday.

Al Qaeda supporters seek to “groom” impressionable young people and staff should be prepared to tell the police if they have concerns, draft Government guidance said.

In a stunning turn of events, a high-level Muslim military aide blamed for costing an intelligence contractor his job will step down from his own Pentagon post, WND has learned.

Meanwhile, his rival, Maj. Stephen Coughlin, a leading authority on Islamic war doctrine, may stay in the Pentagon, moving from the office of the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to the office of the secretary of defense. However, sources say a former U.S. ambassador to Turkey is trying to block his new contract.

The top Pentagon aide, Egyptian-born Hesham H. Islam, came under a cloud of suspicion after reports raised doubt about his resume and contacts he had made with radical Muslims. He is expected to leave the government next month, officials say.

Islam and Coughlin recently quarreled over intelligence briefings Coughlin presented showing a close connection between the religion of Islam and terrorism. Coughlin’s contract with the Joint Chiefs, which ends in March, was not renewed.

Gaza City, 11 Feb.(AKI) – Senior Hamas officials, including deposed Palestinian prime minister Ismail Haniyeh, have gone into hiding after alleged assassination threats by Israeli forces.

According to sources close to the Islamist movement, reported in the Arab daily, al-Quds al-Arabi, Haniyeh is the first target on a list prepared by Israeli security forces because of continuing Qassam rocket attacks against Israeli cities.

The Arab daily said that only Haniyeh’s top aides and guards knew of his whereabouts.

Haniyeh was a former prime minister in the Palestinian Authority but was sacked by president Mahmoud Abbas from the rival faction in June 2007.

In an interview published on 8 February with Adnkronos International (AKI) Haniyeh accused Europe of ignoring what he called Israeli “massacres”, and said he was in favour of calling early elections in the Palestinian Territories.

In March 2004, Hamas leader Abdelaziz al-Rantisi and Hamas founder Sheikh Ahmed Yassin were assassinated by Israeli Air Forces.

Meanwhile on Sunday, over 3,000 Palestinians were deported to the Gaza Strip from Egypt, following recent breaches in the border when thousands of Palestinians stormed into Egypt to buy basic goods.

On Saturday, two Israeli children in Sderot were hit by Qassam rockets reportedly launched from the Gaza Strip by Palestinian militants.

The children, who were brothers, were walking in the centre of town and one of them was reported to have been severely injured in the attack.

Several Israeli politicians have asked for a full-scale retaliation for the rocket attack.
