BUDGET BOTTOM LINE: TAX, TAX, TAX

The Turnbull Government’s Budget taxes more, spends more and leaves us with a bigger deficit. The Government says it will finally post a surplus in 2021 of $7 billion – but that’s only because it is hiking the Medicare levy by 0.5 per cent. No tax hike, no surplus. There’s also a bank tax we’ll all pay for. Why vote Liberal if you get Labor taxes?

Doctors asked to do barbaric FGM ‘surgery’

NEW migrants are brazenly asking Australian doctors to perform barbaric female genital mutilation on their children, research into the illegal practice has revealed.

At least 10 doctors have been approached to give advice on where families can have the disfiguring surgery done. Three paediatricians have been asked to carry out the abuse themselves, a study has found.

The disturbing revelation comes as parliamentary papers show hundreds of NSW nurses and doctors are being given training to identify and treat a growing number of victims of the horrific practice arriving in NSW under a refugee program.

Dr Elliot: “We have no idea of the prevalence.”

Sydney University’s Elizabeth Elliott, one of the study authors, said one in 10 Australian paediatricians surveyed had treated a patient with FGM.

“It is recognised as physical abuse under Australian child protection laws and it must be reported to child protection authorities,” said Prof Elliott, a specialist in paediatric and child health.

The study, run by the paediatric surveillance unit at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, found that since 2010 doctors had seen almost 60 girls aged between four months and 17 years of age subjected to the procedure.

Many had undergone the most extreme form of mutilation — a partial or complete removal of the clitoris.

Prof Elliot said she was surprised at how many paediatricians had seen FGM child survivors in the past five years.

“We really have no idea of the prevalence and we suspect this is a gross underestimate of the number of girls who have been affected by this procedure,” she said.

France chooses national suicide, elects Macron in landslide

Lights out for France. The French have chosen not to be so “racist” and “Islamophobic” as to resist the jihad that is being waged against them with ever greater ferocity. Europe as a whole, too, appears to be poised to make the same choice, and vote itself out of existence. And then it will be America’s turn.

“Victory for the young, pro-EU centrist will be greeted with relief in key European capitals,” yes, and with grief among those who have dared to cherish the hope that the West would make a last stand for freedom. Instead, the French have voted overwhelmingly for the proposition that to defend one’s nation and culture is “bigoted.” And so decent French people will not defend these things, and all will be well, and all manner of thing will be well, until the final jihadist blade severs the last French non-bigot’s head from his neck.

Paris main mosque: Macron win sign that Muslims “can live in harmony and respect of French values”

La Grande Mosquée de Paris said: “It is a clear sign of hope to French Muslims that they can live in harmony and respect of French values.”

The election of Macron is a sign of hope to Muslims in France that they can live in harmony and respect of French values? So if Le Pen had won, it would have been a sign that Muslims in France could not live in harmony and respect of French values? It seems that by saying this, La Grande Mosquée de Paris is assuming that whether or not Muslims in France can live in harmony and respect of French values depends upon France’s non-Muslim leadership. La Grande Mosquée de Paris is therefore trying to give the impression that it is entirely up to non-Muslims whether or not Muslims in France accept French values or not. La Grande Mosquée de Paris is advancing the “Islamophobia” narrative that Islamic jihad terrorism and Sharia oppression are entirely a reaction to the enormities of non-Muslim governments and individuals. This statement is a sly declaration that Muslims in France are victims — an appalling statement to make in light of the ever-rising rate of jihad activity in France.

In reality, the Macron win is a sign that most non-Muslims in France are hopeful that they can live in harmony and respect of Muslim values. Good luck with that.

Abdel-Magied stays on government boards – Bishop advises Abetz “concerns” removing her might inflame Muslim tensions

Our intelligence agencies don’t seem to be very intelligent. If our overrated spooks are “stressing the need to engage with the Muslim community” they have lost the plot.

Officials were concerned that removing her from the board could ignite further social and ethnic divisions at a time when intelligence agencies were stressing the need to engage with the Muslim community.

Julie Bishop has now completed her serious consideration of the Abdel-Magied matter and has written to Eric Abetz in response to his call for her dismissal.

Abdel Magied won’t be dismissed, she’ll be “mentored”.

The Australian has obtained a copy of the letter to Senator Abetz and reports

Ms Bishops was convinced that no good would be served by Ms Abdel Magied’s removal and that instead she would be “mentored”.

“She apologised profusely to me and the Australian Government,” Ms Bishop wrote, having also said she was “dismayed” by Ms Abdel Magied’s remarks.

“Given that Ms Abdel Magied did not seek to defend her words, that the post was removed and that she apologised, there is no need for me to make referenced to the issue of the right of free speech, which has also been raised with me by other members of Parliament.

This is not about “the right of free speech”, which we don’t have in this country thanks to 18C.  Abdel-Magied was hired for a specific task, namely to act as a bridge builder between cultures. In this, she failed miserably. For failing us all, she must be sacked.

All you really have to know is what Quilliam is, what the goal of his founder Abdullah Quilliam was and is, and then you take a real close look at Maajid Nawaz and his phony moderate credentials are. When you scratch the surface, you’ll quickly see that its just another front for the Islamic expansion program.

Julia Ebner is just a spring chicken, befuddled with Nawaz’s looks and charm; indoctrinated with leftist gibberish, which she uses to smear the enemies of Islam. May the burqa rest lightly on her shoulders!
