Lawsuit: California Government Colluded with Twitter on Censorship

Twitter and the Democrat-run government of California are facing a lawsuit alleging that they colluded to suppress the First Amendment rights of Rogan O’Handley, a popular pro-Trump activist who was banned from the platform earlier this year. The complaint includes emails showing California officials directing Twitter to remove political commentary about the 2020 election from its platform.

Twitter banned O’Handley, also known by his online moniker “DC Draino,” after he tweeted the statement “most votes in history.” He had over 440,000 followers on the platform prior to his ban, which was permanent.

In a nationally televised interview with 60 Minutes in January of 2021, Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, stated unequivocally that the election count was accurate.

“We had safe, secure, honest elections.”  This week, Brad had to walk all that back.  He’s been outed in spectacular fashion by investigative reporter, John Solomon, of Just the News.

Raffensperger’s lie was perhaps the biggest since President George H.W. Bush said, “Read my lips. No new taxes,” just before jacking them up.

But the dam broke this week when Just the News found and released a 29-page memo from Raffensperger’s own official website proving a cacophony of outright crimes and intentional vote malingering that will ultimately force the Georgia Senate to flip the 2020 election. After decades of “false and damaging” predictions about climate change, the left “still haven’t given up,” according to Sky News host Cory Bernardi.

“Sometimes the lefties get so cock-a-hoop at the progress they’re making, they forget to keep their craziest ideas under wraps,” he said. “We’ve seen the organisation of the elites, the World Economic Forum, openly champion the great reset and their build back better mantra. Build back better actually means destroy everything that’s not green.

“We’ve seen so-called conservative politicians embrace the net-zero emissions by 2050 pledge, of course knowing they would never be around to see it.”

Mr Bernardi said those who “want more control over your life” have been “emboldened” by how casually people have accepted “the destruction of their liberty” over the past 15 months. “They know they can push the fear button again and again in order to attain their goals,” he said. “They are prepared to make you pay any price to help them achieve their ambition. “Make no mistake, the tipping point is coming, if they succeed there will be no retreat and no surrender, they will brook no dissent, and those that don’t comply will simply be cancelled.”

Mr Bernardi spoke with Sky News host James Morrow about the issue. “When we look at the way the world has behaved, particularly the western world over the last 15-16 months, you have got to say that there is a hugely totalitarian edge in the air,” Mr Morrow said.

Last week during a virtual talk at the Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Aruna Khilanani, a forensic psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, used language that many considered violent and hostile. During the event, she said, “I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away, relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step.” After the speech, Yale released a statement against her comments. Khilanani joins “Black News Tonight” with Marc Lamont Hill to explain her intentions and the key objective of her remarks.

The psychiatrist who told a Yale School of Medicine audience about her fantasies of shooting white people characterized whites as “psychopathic” during a recent interview with former CNN pundit Marc Lamont Hill.

Dr. Aruna Khilanani joined Hill for an interview on Black News Channel’s program Black News Tonight to address her statements, according to the New York Post.

JAKARTA—More than 350 doctors and medical workers have caught COVID-19 in Indonesia despite being vaccinated with Sinovac, and dozens have been hospitalized, officials said, as concerns grow about the efficacy of some vaccines against more infectious variants.

Most of the workers were asymptomatic and self-isolating at home, said Badai Ismoyo, head of the health office in the district of Kudus in central Java, but dozens were in the hospital with high fevers and declining oxygen saturation levels.

Avoiding felony gun charges, Mark and Patricia McCloskey pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges Thursday, settling a legal battle over whether the gun-toting couple broke laws in holding guns as protesters broke the gate and walked through their neighborhood last year.

“He dropped all the felony charges, all the gun charges, and charged me with a crime that said I purposely placed other people in apprehension of imminent fear of physical injury — and, by God, I did it,” McCloskey told Newsmax‘s “Greg Kelly Reports.“

“That’s what the guns were for. The guns were there to scare people off and make sure they didn’t approach us. And that’s what the guns did.

“That’s what the Second Amendment was there for, and I couldn’t say no to that one,” he added.

McCloskey, a staunch conservative and supporter of former President Donald Trump, is running for Senate in Missouri and avoided jail time on “two felonies each that could land us four years in the slammer,” he told host Greg Kelly.

“As I said on the courthouse steps, if that’s a crime in Missouri, I did it, and I’ll do it again,” he continued, noting he is going to pay the “parking ticket, a $750 fine and that’s it.”

There is still a further possibility of a pardon from Missouri GOP Gov. Mike Parson.

“I would like for him to do that, but it’s totally up to the governor,” McCloskey added. “He has said he would, but I will leave it up to the governor. He’s a great guy and he’s a great governor and he’s done wonderful things for Missouri.”
