Reporters were seen telling a Minnesota police chief not to use the term “riot” when he explained how officers responded to violence near Minneapolis during a press conference. “Just so everybody is clear, I was front and center at the protest, at the riot,” Police Chief Tim Gannon of Brooklyn Center told reporters Monday when questioned why his department issued a dispersal order Sunday evening after the police shooting of a black man.

When a protest turns to crime it becomes a riot. You then lose your right to protest.

Chaos erupted in Minneapolis late Sunday night after demonstrations turned violent following a police shooting at a traffic stop in the nearby city of Brooklyn Center; prompting the Governor to authorize the National Guard to restore order.

“A citywide curfew was issued by Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott until 6 a.m. CT Monday. About 500 people had gathered overnight outside of a police precinct in the city and clashed with officers,” reports Fox News.

Pretext Found to Riot in Minneapolis

Knowing that civilization will barely lift a finger to defend itself, mostly peaceful protesters enjoy rioting so much that they couldn’t wait for a verdict in the Derek Chauvin case. Or maybe they have enough contempt for the country they are destroying to think Chauvin will be found guilty despite his apparent innocence, which would obviate their pretext for unrest. The convenient thing about race riots in a society poisoned by critical race theory is that you can always find another pretext. Just wait for someone with the correct pigmentation to die during a confrontation with law enforcement and voilà:

  • Police have not specified whether or not Wright was armed at the time of his death

A Black Lives Matter activist with roughly a half-million followers on social media warned that “all hell” will break loose if former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin is not convicted of killing George Floyd.

“If George Floyd’s murderer is not sentenced, just know that all hell is gonna break loose,” model and social media influencer Maya Nichols posted on TikTok this week. “Don’t be surprised when buildings are on fire. Just sayin’.”

The post has since been deleted, but it has continued to spread across other social media platforms.

The Mohammedan expansion program just received a kick in the teeth by the Indian High Court, which could serve as an example for other countries that also face invasion by Moslems. No Moslem is a refugee. All Moslems are soldiers of allah.

The case of Rohingyas in India appears to be somewhat similar to the famous folk tale of the camel and the Arab. The status of the Rohingya Muslims in India, as asserted by the Supreme Court, is that they are “absolutely illegal immigrants,” and not hapless refugees, as the media portrays them.

The Rohingya people never sought “refuge” from the Indian government; nor were they granted any. They just came in over India’s porous borders. Now having gained numbers and the patronage of leftist political parties, two illegal immigrants, Mohammad Salimullah and Mohammad Shaqir, filed a petition in India’s highest court against the elected government’s decision of systematic deportation of the immigrants. They evoked the Constitution of India to seek equality before India’s judiciary, overlooking the fact that the Indian constitution grants equality to Indian citizens, not to infiltrators.

The central government held that India can’t be a haven for illegal immigrants, and the Supreme Court, concurring with the government, allowed the deportation of Rohingya Muslims back to Myanmar, lawfully.

What is it about “climate change” that makes it so different to everything else? It divides families, friendships and political parties, it has brought media and campus self-censorship and classroom propaganda. Minds close over, spooked. To question any aspect is the eighth deadly sin. “Deniers” are sub-human. About anything else, research that suggests a looming catastrophe might not be as bad as at first predicted would be welcome news indeed. Some of the issues in question are highly technical, but most are not that difficult. This is a layman’s attempt – not even a particularly sceptical one — to explain them and suggest a way ahead. The nub of it is the long-term impact of man-made emissions of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. There are respectable scientific arguments about it, as with many a complex problem, but politics, misconceptions and side issues are more and more clouding things over.
