Comedy Central submits to Islamic intimidation — now South Park cannot even say the word “Muhammad”

An episode of “South Park” that continued a story line involving the Prophet Muhammad was shown Wednesday night on Comedy Central with audio bleeps and image blocks reading “CENSORED” after a Muslim group warned the show’s creators that they could face violence for depicting that holy Islamic prophet.

Except that they didn’t. Holy Mo the Unseeable, paws be upon him, was safely hidden inside a bear suit:


So now you get threatened if you don’t show images of Muhammad. These pesky Presbies keep changing the rules! The solution is bleeps….

Courage is a commodity sorely lacking by Comedy Central. They certainly didn’t care if they offended Jews or Christians. Their lack of backbone is what’s offensive.

But hey, why would the progressives from Comedy Central wanna be heroes when even Fox’s blowhard in chief (Bill O’Reilly) openly claims  “The risk [of free speech] is higher than the reward???”

This is why Islamic supremacists issue threats and practice intimidation in the first place: because it works. France is moving toward a ban on wearing face-covering Islamic veils in public, with the government set to examine a draft bill next month amid heated debate over women’s rights and religious freedom.

President Nicolas Sarkozy spoke out in favor for a complete ban on Wednesday, and the relevant bill will be presented to the cabinet in May, government spokesman Luc Chatel said on Wednesday.

Sarkozy believed that the full veil, commonly referred to as the burqa in France, “hurts the dignity of women and is not acceptable in French society,” he told reporters.

There will be blood:

Note from Sheik: There are now 780 + ‘no go zones’ in France. There are areas in Paris where you wouldn’t dare to get out of your car. Imagine what the reaction would be if the police would arrest a few burqa mamas in a Mohammedan dominated district. There would be instant riots. There would be  carbeques on end. Richard Dawkins views Christianity as a bulwark against Islam

Christianity is in decline in Europe as a whole, and has collapsed in Britain in particular, leaving even the most committed atheists wondering what is going to fill the spiritual vacuum.

Richard Dawkins, author of The God Delusion, said: “There are no Christians, as far as I know, blowing up buildings. I am not aware of any Christian suicide bombers. I have mixed feelings about the decline of Christianity, in so far as Christianity might be a bulwark against something worse.”

It’s a dark day, America, when a leading pundit on the FOX network, even a clownish one, admits that the risk of  the threat of Muslim violence outweighs the benefits of  free speech. Does O”Reilly understand what he has said and done?

I am not a big O’Reilly fan. He is weak and equivocal so I don’t expect much from him but this is so profound a capitulation  to Islam and a relinquishing of our most basic American freedom, it must be met with outrage and indignation. Surrender to this centuries nazis out of fear is a giant step back into the dark ages. The last thing we should do in response to jihad is silence ourselves. That is sharia law. O’Reilly is advocating adherence to Islamic law on national television.

Starts at minute 4:00 ….

“I would’ve advised them not to do it. Maybe I’m a coward (yes you are, you yellow bellied weasel) I hate to give in to the ‘intimidating forces of evil’ but you gotta deal with reality: these people are killers and they will kill you…”

Hey!  O’Reilly! WTF do you think you are? We all gonna die. What are you good for, you lousy yellow belllied coward?

Says “I would have advised them not to do it…if somebody came to me and said, look O’Reilly, I want to do a little satire on Muhammad on the Factor, I would say I don’t think so, because the risk is higher than the reward.”

A radical Islamic group has targeted “South Park: creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone for violent retaliation because they depicted the prophet Mohammed in a bear suit on the show’s 200th episode that aired on Comedy Central last week.

The Revolution Muslim website posted this warning:

We have to warn Matt and Trey that what they are doing is stupid and they will probably wind up like Theo Van Gogh for airing this show. This is not a threat, but a warning of the reality of what will likely happen to them.

Dutch filmmaker Theo Van Gogh — the great grandson of artist Vincent Van Gogh’s brother Theo — was assassinated by a radical Muslim in 2004 because of his film, “Submission,” which criticized the treatment of women in Islam.

Revolution Muslim posted a photo (see below) of  Van Gogh lying on a sidewalk, stabbed to death, with the caption:

Theo Van Gogh: Have Matt Stone and Trey Parker forgotten this?”
