Earlier today the court of substitution ruled that although the formulation of the trial court was careless,but did not show prejudice against Mr. Wilders. The trial court stays and the trial against Mr. Wilders continues tomorrow.
But other news broke today as well. President of the substitution court is Frans Bauduin. (pictured) He is the same judge who refused to give the assassin Volkert van der Graaf who assinated Pim Fortuyn just before the election a life sentence (Bauduin: “he did not disrupt the election process”). He was also one of the few judges who in the past have criticized governmental policies (NL) for fighting Islamic terrorism (NL).
Bauduin also has a side job: board member of the Morocco fund. Activities of the Morocco fund is for stimulating development aid for Morocco. For this it develops political activities (NL) and organizes Ramadan activities (NL). The foundation most likely depends on government funding (Goverment funded NCDO funds the foundation). The funding will becomes less likely when Geert Wilders his PVV party becomes part of government.

(Reuters) – Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Wednesday Muslims must obey the constitution and not sharia law if they want to live in Germany, which is debating the integration of its 4 million-strong Muslim population.
In the furor following a German central banker’s blunt comments about Muslims failing to integrate, moderate leaders including President Christian Wulff have urged Germans to accept that “Islam also belongs in Germany.”
But not only that:
Wulff meinte außerdem: “Wenn wir also hier offen sind für Moscheen und Muslime und den Islam, dann ist doch eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass die Türkei auch offen sein muss für das Christentum.”
Translation: “If we allow Muslims to build mosques and to proselytize for Islam, then it is obvious (self-evident) that Turkey MUST be open to  (accept) Christianity…..

Holland’s most successful politician, Geert Wilders, has accused judges trying him on charges of “inciting hatred” of scandalous bias and demanded they be replaced.
After being accused of bias against Wilders the Dutch inquisition  decided to go ahead with the  charade anyhow, and promptly slipped up again:

Today the trial against Geert Wilders continued with the same judges The trial day started with a screening of Fitna.
Before the screening we already had the first incident, a woman (plaintiff) asked if she could leave the room. She did not want to see Fitna she declared. The president of the court answers:
“I can imagine…”
Wilders lawyer complained, he could not believe what he just had heard (again a value statement of the court).

He described the long-running conflict as the key problem in the region and said resolving it would have a knock on effect that could result in Syria ending its support for the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah and Iran turning back its controversial nuclear program.

American Values president Gary Bauer on Monday said the audience at ABC’s “Holy War” special edition of “This Week” was stocked with people that support radical Islam and the building of the Ground Zero mosque.
As NewsBusters reported after Sunday’s program, host Christiane Amanpour presented a tremendously skewed view of so-called American Islamophobia cueing up advocates of the premise while attempting to discredit skeptics.

This is the double standard,” the Media Research Center president argued, responding to a clip from Sunday of a testy exchange ABC “This Week” host Christiane Amanpour and the president of the social conservative group American Values.
“Christiane Amanpour was supposed to be the moderator” of the townhall forum, not a participant, Bozell complained. “She doesn’t understand that,” instead seeing herself in the role of an “educator” to her television audience.

Hamburg cell at heart of terrorist plot against Europe
By Nic Robertson and Paul Cruickshank, CNN October 4, 2010 1:01 p.m. EDTA group of jihadists from the German city of Hamburg is alleged to be at the heart of the recent al Qaeda plot to launch coordinated terrorist attacks against European cities, European intelligence officials said.
Western intelligence officials say they learned about the reported plot after Ahmed Sidiqi, a German citizen of Afghan descent, was arrested in Afghanistan in July and taken to the U.S. air base at Bagram for questioning. He has not been charged and intelligence sources in Germany say he is cooperating with the investigation.
