Ali K. is a 17 years old Turkish citzen in Berlin-Neukölln. Ali K. is the prototype of the integrated immigrant, his mates from the Neuköllner Gangs consider him helpful and supportive; he never failed to support himself by dealing with narcotics.

…the Peoples Party got “over the 29% they earned in October’s vote. This cements the party’s position as first political formation in the Swiss Confederation-a distinction they first earned in 2003. The SVP took after Political Islam, as being thoroughly un-Swiss. Look at what the party’s platform doesn’t constitute ‘Swiss Values’:

Italy’s far-right Northern League has come up with some provocative ways to protest against the construction of mosques. One of its members, Senator Roberto Calderoli, has called for a “Pig Day” to demonstrate against a planned mosque in Bologna. In December 2006, protesters left a severed pig’s head outside a mosque being built in Tuscany. Their latest idea was to parade a pig around the site of a planned mosque in Padua last weekend to “desecrate” the property.

The woman leading the protesters is former deputy Education Minister Mariella Mazzetto, a Northern League member. She told the journalist: “We have blessed the ground that the city of Padua wants to transfer for the mosque … It is a question of defending Italian identity.” Muslims and non-Muslims joined in denouncing the protest.
A (fuckwit) priest in Treviso has been allowing local Muslims to use his parish hall for Friday prayers for three years. “For me, they are all children of God,” Father Aldo Danieli told Corriere della Sera. But his bishop told him on Saturday he would have to stop the practice, since Church law said Catholic places of worship could not be used by other religions.
This probably won’t be the last time that the Northern League uses pigs to try to provoke Muslims. How should they react?

One Year Old Baby Bomb in Pakistan

In an effort to get close enough to murder Benazir Bhutto, one of the Islamist attackers reportedly strapped his explosives to a one-year old infant.

Meanwhile, horrifying new details emerged last night of the attempt by suicide bombers to kill Ms Bhutto on her return home from exile last month.

Investigators from Ms Bhutto’s Pakistan People’s Party said yesterday they believed the bomb, which killed 170 people and left hundreds more wounded, was strapped to a one-year-old child carried by its jihadist father.

They said the suicide bomber tried repeatedly to carry the baby to Ms Bhutto’s vehicle as she drove in a late-night cavalcade through the streets of Karachi.

“At the point where the bombs exploded, Benazir Bhutto herself saw the man with the child and asked him to come closer so that she could hug or kiss the infant,” investigators were reported as saying. “But someone came in between and a guard felt that the man with the child was not behaving normally. So the child was not allowed to come aboard Benazir’s vehicle.”

Ms Bhutto is said to have told investigators she recalls the face of the man who was carrying the infant. She has asked to see recordings made by television news channels to try to identify the man.

The Ofcom ruling today totally exonerating the Channel Four Dispatches programme Undercover Mosque should not be the end of this disturbing episode. The programme exposed the preaching of extremism and hatred in a number of British mosques, several of them supposedly ‘moderate’ and mainstream. In any rational society those preachers, who were inciting hatred against gays, Jews, women and non-Muslims, would have been arrested and prosecuted. But this is Britain, and what happened after Undercover Mosque was transmitted was an object (or should that be abject) lesson in how to hand victory to the Islamists on a plate.

First, West Midlands police investigated whether any offences had been committed at these mosques and presented their findings to the Crown Prosecution Service. The CPS decided there was insufficient evidence to bring charges against anybody. Then the West Midlands police decided that the real villains of the piece were the makers of the Dispatches programme itself for stirring up racial hatred. This astounding view was dismissed by the CPS. Undaunted in its determination to find the Dispatches team guilty of something, the police then referred the programme to the broadcasting regulator Ofcom, claiming that it had distorted various speakers’ comments, edited material in a manner likely to
undermine community cohesion and was likely to undermine feelings of public reassurance and safety of those communities in the West Midlands for which the Chief Constable has a responsibility.

Now Ofcom has robustly rejected all these charges and concluded:

Undercover Mosque was a legitimate investigation, uncovering matters of important public interest. Ofcom found no evidence that the broadcaster had misled the audience or that the programme was likely to encourage or incite criminal activity. On the evidence (including untransmitted footage and scripts), Ofcom found that the broadcaster had accurately represented the material it had gathered and dealt with the subject matter responsibly and in context.
Questions must now be raised in Parliament about the behaviour of the West Midland police. By their actions, they have made the people of Britain signally less safe. The Dispatches programme performed a public service in exposing sources of the kind of extremism that threatens the safety and security of this country. For the police to turn on this programme with patently implausible charges against it is deeply sinister and against the public interest. As Channel Four said after the ruling, the police action had given
legitimacy to people preaching a message of hate.
The West Midlands police appear to have turned themselves into a mouthpiece for Islamists trying to shut down legitimate and necessary debate. The idea that the police should believe that ‘community cohesion’ — aka the sensitivities of the Muslim community – should trump the need to identify those endangering not only the cohesion but the security of the whole country suggests that the police have totally lost the plot here. There is also something badly wrong with a system which is unable to act against those identified on this programme inciting hatred in this way. Is this because of the pusillanimity of the CPS? Is it the inadequacy of the law? Whatever the reason, this is the way a culture offers up its own throat to the knife.

The Lights Go Out In Britain

The sinister police response to Islamist incitement (see post below) in which they tried to suppress the evidence of it in the interests of ‘community cohesion’ is unfortunately part of a far larger picture of terminal British cultural cringe and abasement in the face of the threat to Britain and the west. Following the statement by the head of MI5 that we should ‘pay close attention’ to the language used to talk about such matters, the Guardian reports that counter-terrorism officials are abandoning ‘offensive’ ‘inappropriate’ and ‘emotive language’ when talking about, er, Islamic terrorism. So no more ‘war on terror’; the ’battle’ against extremist ideology becomes a ‘struggle’ (hello? isn’t that what ‘jihad’ actually means?); and terrorist plots and conspiracies will be described as ‘criminal’ instead. ‘

We hadn’t got the message right,’ said one senior official. He added: ‘We must talk in a language which is not offensive.’ Another said that the terrorist threat must not be described as a ‘Muslim problem’.
Later on in the story, however, we learn that the geniuses in the Home Office Research, Information, and Communications Unit, which was set up to counter al Qaeda propaganda and ‘win hearts and minds’, will draw up
‘counter-narratives’ to the anti-western messages on websites designed to influence vulnerable and impressionable audiences… to explain what one official called the government’s ‘foreign policy in its totality’, counter the accusations made by al-Qaida sympathisers and extremist groups and pinpoint the weaknesses in their arguments. The unit will also support ‘alternative voices’ in the Muslim community.

So how precisely are they going to do this if they won’t even acknowledge that the words ‘Muslim’, ‘terrorism’ and ‘problem’ might go together? Since the driver of I*****c t*******m is the I******t injunction, mandated by leading M****m religious authorities, to wage war against western civilisation in the name of I***m, restore the M****m caliphate and subjugate unbelievers and M****m backsliders everywhere, just how is the HORICU going to ‘pinpoint the weaknesses in their arguments’ if they refuse even to use these words? On what basis will they single out the Muslim community for the encouragement of ‘alternative voices’ if they say the problem is nothing to do with that community? And just what is the government’s ‘foreign policy in its totality’? Does this involve saying less than fulsome things about George Bush, perhaps, and more fulsome things about the Palestinians in their historic ‘struggle’ against the Zionist entity? I’m sure that we’d all love to know.

Last week, London Mayor Ken Livingstone published a report about ‘Islamophobia’ which damned pretty well every factual reference to Islamic extremism, terrorism or intended genocide as ‘Islamophobic’. This risible document was said to have been written by ‘leading academics and experts’; but one of its main targets, the television journalist John Ware who made an exemplary documentary exposing the extremism of the Muslim Council of Britain, quickly discovered at the press conference that one of these alleged luminaries wasn’t an academic or expert at all but Inayat Bunglawala of the MCB, whose form in the field of prejudice and extremism has been well documented (see here, for example) and that two other MCB people were also among the authors.

Speaking at the 3-day conference, experts said there is a need for the international community to counter the spread of Islamophobia, which they noted has been growing in recent years partly because of misinformation and misperceptions about the religion.

The emergence of “misguided groups” that have deviated from the straight path to fanaticism, violence and extremism, attributing their acts to Islam, in no way justifies associating this phenomenon with the Islamic faith, they said during the conference titled “Terrorism: Dimensions, Threats and Countermeasures” in Tunis.

“It profits from weak State capacity to maintain law and order,” said co-chair and Tunisian Culture and Preservation of Heritage Minister Mohamed El Aziz Ben Achour, during the concluding session on November 17.

“These vulnerable areas are exploited by terrorists to mobilize recruits and justify violence. None of the religions are a cause of political radicalism and extremism. Religious doctrine may be ‘tools of mobilization,’ rather than a direct cause,” he said at the conference which was jointly organized by the UN’s Department of Political Affairs and the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC).

Participants agreed that terrorism flourishes in environments where there is discontent, exclusion, humiliation, poverty, political oppression and human rights abuses, as well as in countries engaged in regional conflicts.

“We address problems of smoking, drinking, obesity and we say it’s a public health issue, therefore we have to get involved with persuading people to adopt a different lifestyle,” the MP for Keighley, Bradford, told BBC2’s Newsnight programme last night.

I think this should be applied to the Asian community. They must look outside the family for husbands and wives for their young people.”

It is estimated that more than 55 per cent of British Pakistanis are married to first cousins, resulting in an increasing rate of genetic defects and high rates of infant mortality. The likelihood of unrelated couples having the same variant genes that cause recessive disorders are estimated to be 100-1. Between first cousins, the odds increase to as much as one in eight.

In Bradford, more than three quarters of all Pakistani marriages are believed to be between first cousins. The city’s Royal Infirmary Hospital has identified more than 140 different recessive disorders among local children, compared with the usual 20-30.

The findings were expected to be condemned by the Asian community, in which many see the tradition of marriages between first cousins as culturally fundamental.

The Netherlands, one reads, has come to accept that magistrates require a generous range of motion to prevent radical clerics from “exercising their profession.” But empowering judges will clearly not suffice to promote the “integration” of imams, or to groom a crop of clerics attuned to Western values. So while lawmakers across the Continent consider means to douse inflammatory speech and detain troublemakers “constitutionally,” it’s time again to consider l’exception française.

France, far from those “Cheese-eating surrender monkeys” depicted in “The Simpsons,” has distinguished itself (since the Paris terror bombings of 1986, especially) as a nation uniquely disposed to trample toes of intolerant faith. For better or for worse, the practice of religion – since the Revolution and the Law of Separation (1905), especially – has become, for the State, no less than a matter of public order and public safety. For this reason, the policing of even “non-violent radicals” and radical clerics has become something of a national pastime.

Consider the case of Salafist cleric Abdelkader Bouziane, deported back to Algeria in April 2004 for an interview, published in the local Lyon Mag, in which the imam defends polygamy and promotes, “in certain cases,” the stoning of adulterous wives. The Ministry of the Interior slapped Bouziane with an order of expulsion within days of his remarks, on the strength of a prior order (signed by Nicolas Sarkozy) that identified Bouziane as a danger to State and to public safety. This, in turn, allowed the government to ignore established protections for the safeguard of resident aliens, and to deport the cleric back to Oran.

All was as planned when a Lyons appeals court judged Interior’s order “lacking,” and ordered the imam returned to France. But in a fit a pique, Sarkozy declared: “Imam Bouziane [does not represent] French Islam; he [represents] Islam [as it is practiced] in France, and we don’t want that sort of thing.” President Chirac agreed, and promised: “If we have to change our law to avoid repeating this kind of case, which is unacceptable for us, we will change the law so we can expel people who say such things.” This they did, and dismissed the appeals court ruling at the level of the State Council, France’s highest administrative authority. And Bouziane was returned to Algeria in October of the same year. “Constitutionally.”

* But it is still unconvincing. With growing numbers of Muslims the pressure on the French nation state to make concessions will become inevitable and eventually unbearable. Supporting French bred clerics doesn’t cut the mustard either, it will backfire either way. What say you?

WorldNetDaily Editor Joseph Farah recently wrote for his G2 Bulletin intelligence report that, according to his sources, Israel is about to come under intense pressure to formally apologize for what the Arab world calls “al-Nakba” – the “catastrophe” of Israel’s rebirth in 1948 on what had previously been Muslim-controlled lands.

Farah notes that this type of shift in peace making policy was first broached in the August 24 issue of Science magazine when American researchers concluded that their survey of Israel and its Arab antagonists showed tangible land concessions on Israel’s part would not be enough to secure peace in the region.

As evidence for their position, the researchers quoted a leading Hamas official as saying that his group would consider recognizing and negotiating with Israel if the Jewish state first apologized for coming into being.

Farah pointed out that with the Bush Administration determined to oversee a final status Israeli-Palestinian peace deal before the end of its second term, Israel may indeed soon be asked by its closest ally to beg the Arabs’ pardon for its existence. That, of course, would be detrimental to Israel’s efforts to convince both its own people and the world of its historical and biblical right to exist.

Tony Blair, now working on improving the Palestinian economy, announced that the two sides had agreed work could begin on four projects intended to restart economic growth in the Palestinian territories. The projects cover a sewage treatment plant in northern Gaza, an agro-industrial park near Jericho, an industrial zone near Hebron and improved access to Bethlehem for tourists. More proposals will follow.

“The political vision, building of capacity for a Palestinian state, and the economic facts of what is happening, all three have to be dealt with,” Blair said. “With these projects we found fund a way through.”

Let’s construct, if we can, a similar list for all countries, Muslim and non-Muslim. How many Hindus in Bangladesh and Pakistan do you think have committed “hate crimes” against Muslims? One? None? And how many “hate crimes” have been committed by Christians against Muslims in Iraq, and Egypt, and Lebanon, and Algeria, and Indonesia? And how many threats and attacks, how many kidnappings of non-Muslim women, how many murders of non-Muslim men, how many attacks on churches and Christian schools, do you think have taken place, in Iraq, and Egypt, and Lebanon, and Algeria, and Pakistan and the Sudan and Indonesia and Turkey, and how many such attacks by Muslims on Hindus have taken place in Pakistan, and Bangladesh and even in India, and how many such attacks by Muslims on Buddhists, or Buddhist monuments and artifacts where there are no longer any Buddhists living, have taken place in Thailand, or in Afghanistan?

Someone good at marshalling statistics should provide a worldwide summary of “hate crimes” and publish them, with victims and perpetrators carefully identified, and keep that running count on the Internet where all can see.

I think we already know, at this site, what the result will be.

The suspected ringleader of an al Qaeda plot to blow up passenger planes over the Atlantic won’t face criminal charges for the alleged conspiracy, British authorities have revealed.

In an unexpected twist, however, Rashid Rauf may be extradited to the U.K. on an unrelated murder charge. But once in the U.K., British law prevents authorities from charging or even questioning Rauf about the alleged airliner plot.

Rauf, a British-Pakistani, denies any connection to terrorism, though he was named in British press reports and by U.K. intelligence sources as one of the key figures behind a plot to smuggle liquid explosives on board airliners bound for the United States.

What was surprising turned on the judge’s evident vehemence towards two ASIO officers (who were named as B15 and B16) along with two federal police members (who were identified by name). Adams found that B15 and B16 committed the criminal offences of false imprisonment and kidnapping at common law. It is established practice for legal officers to find that an individual has a prima facie case to answer and should stand trial. But, in this case, Adams came to the conclusion – without the benefit of a jury’s verdict – that B15 and B16 had committed serious criminal offences…

Afghan boy dancers sexually abused by former warlords

PUL-E KHUMRI, Afghanistan (Reuters) – They are known as “bacha bereesh”, boys without beards, teenage boys who dress up as girls and dance for male patrons at parties in northern Afghanistan.

It’s an age old practice that has led to some of the boy dancers being turned into sex slaves by wealthy and powerful patrons, often former warlords, who dress the boys up as girls, shower them with gifts and keep them as “mistresses”.

Afghan police are battling to crackdown on the practice which has angered Islamic clerics who say those involved should be stoned for sodomy, forbidden under Islamic law.

In a society where the sexes are strictly segregated, it is common for men to dance for other men at weddings in Afghanistan.

But in northern Afghanistan, former warlords and mujahideen commanders have taken that a step further with competitions for their dancing boys.

“Every boy tries to be the first. They are dressed in women’s clothes, have bells on their feet and have artificial breasts,” said Mohammad Yawar, a former mujahideen fighter against the Taliban and resident of the northern town of Pul-e Khumri.

The practice, called “bacha bazi” — literally “boy play” — has a long history in northern Afghanistan, but sometimes it does not stop with just dancing.

“I very much enjoy hugging a boy. His smell and fragrance kills me,” said Yawar.

The 38-year-old businessman said he recruited a 15-year-old boy three years ago to help him with his work.

“I have had him for at least three years, since he was only 15. He was looking for a job and I gave him somewhere to stay,” said Yawar, showing the boy’s picture.

“I don’t have a wife. He is like my wife. I dress him in women’s clothes and have him sleep beside me. I enjoy him and he is my everything,” he said, kissing the photograph.

MARK OF PRESTIGE

Having the best-looking boy and the best dancer is a mark of prestige.

“Everyone tries to have the best, most handsome and good-looking boy,” said a former mujahideen commander, who declined to be named.

“Sometimes we gather and make our boys dance and whoever wins, his boy will be the best boy.”

Former mujahideen commanders hold such parties in and around Pul-e Khumri about once a week.

“Having a boy has become a custom for us. Whoever wants to show off, should have a boy,” said Enayatullah, a 42-year-old landowner in Baghlan province.

“I was married to a woman 20 years ago, she left me because of my boy,” he said. “I was playing with my boy every night and was away from home, eventually my wife decided to leave me. I am happy with my decision, because I am used to sleeping and entertaining with my young boy.”

The men say they lavish money and gifts on their boys.

“I was only 14-years-old when a former Uzbek commander forced me to have sex with him,” said Shir Mohammad in Sar-e Pol province. “Later, I quit my family and became his secretary. I have been with him for 10 years, I am now grown up, but he still loves me and I sleep with him.”

Ahmad Jawad, aged 17, has been with a wealthy landowner for the past two years.

“I am used to it. I love my lord. I love to dance and act like a woman and play with my owner,” he said.

Asked what he would do when he got older, he said: “Once I grow up, I will be an owner and I will have my own boys.”

But Shir Mohammad, at 24, was already getting too old to be a dancing boy. “I am grown up now and do not have the beauty of former years. So, I proposed to marry my lord’s daughter and he has agreed to it.”

POVERTY

Many local residents have called for a crackdown, but are skeptical it will work as many of the men are powerful and well-armed former commanders.

Jahan Shah, who lives in Pul-e Khumri, said government and security officials should take tough action against unIslamic and immoral acts.

Serbia: Muslim prosecutor arrested for using sex-slaves

Serbia’s chief prosecutor has arrested regional vice prosecutor in the Muslim dominated region of Novi Pazar for misuse of office.

The charge alleges that Senad Palamara is implicated in a human trafficking ring in Novi Pazar and was the “user” of sexual services of the trafficked women that were available in a JetSet night club in the Serbian city of Sombor.

The indictment says that during period from December 2005 to July 2007 Palamara repeatedly had sex with a 25 year old Marija K who was forced into prostitution by a trafficking ring of 6 Muslim men from Novi Pazar who have been arrested.

In a raid on JetSet night club two other women have been freed from a forced captivity where they were forced to have sex. In addition to Marija K., a 40-year old Leposava P. kidnapped from Loznica and a 24-year Milica B. from Belgrade were freed from sexual slavery.

Recent death of a woman from Sombor, Sanja B has prompted the owners of the night club to publicly claim that the woman was not beaten but that she “Died from the heart”.

In 2004, chief of police in Novi Pazar, Suad Bulic, has warned the public of the expanding human traffic and forced prostitution in the region.

Novi Pazar is a Serbian city located in the region of Raska where it is extensively populated by Muslim inhabitants. Serbian intelligence has warned that the region is ripe for terror recruitment but no terrorism in the region has occurred yet.

Imam Abu Hamza

Now that radical imam Abu Hamza is a convicted felon and probably will be extradited and face terror charges in the United States, clerics from other mosques are finally coming forward to tell the world how Hamza sent teams of young supporters — his own private militia — in Britain with orders to takeover other mosques.

Several clerics told stories of being threatened by gangs claiming to be members of Abu Hamza’s Supporters of Sharia group. Some of the clerics were beaten inside their own mosques, and worshippers were bullied into finding new places to pray — and the police refused to intervene, they claim.

One police official, under condition of anonymity, said that law enforcement executives in Britain were overly cautious about their interaction with Muslim leaders and their mosques. He claims that several radical Islamic clerics possess their own private militias — fully armed and operating in total secrecy.

Police came underfire when they swarmed one mosque with search warrants in hand. To their credit they uncovered a cache of weapons, forged identity documents and recipes for chemical weapons such as the highly dangerous Ricin; all of it hidden in the mosque.

The stash of equipment included chemical warfare protection suits, or NBC (nuclear, biological and chemical) suits, as they are technically known. British detectives believe the equipment and weapons were being used in terror training camps located somewhere within the United Kingdom.

Abu Hamza wanted to acquire more places where he and his lieutenants could indoctrinate a new generation of followers and send them off to terror training camps abroad.

Even some of his own followers became disenchanted with his tactics. They described how he was more like a Mafia godfather than a religious leader in dealing with anyone he believed defied him. Two rival imams in London claim they were hospitalized after being attacked, and they complained that Scotland Yard practically ignored their assault complaints.

In one of his sermons, heard by the jury during his London trial, Abu Hamza bragged about how his violent tactics bore fruit. He said, “If the people know you are firm, they will back down. They all back down.”

His silent rein of terror began in the late 1980s when he became a member of a group of Algerian-born radicals trying to take over the Central London Mosque.

Fazli Ali, 66, the former estates manager there told the London police: “Hamza and his cronies threatened me several times. I was head of security but they even threatened to kill me. Ours was a peaceful place but he wanted to turn it into a political arena.”

The religious leaders eventually evicted and banned Hamza from their mosque. But Hamza, determined to be an Islamic leader to be reckoned with, sought out more vulnerable mosques and mainstream Islamic organizations around Britain.

These newly infiltrated mosques provided Hamza with recruiting centers ripe with potential radical Islamists. They also were used to raise money which is believed to have funded terror operations and training for new recruits. There were also criminal operations such as producing bogus welfare claims and cloning credit cards.

It was from their mosques that over 100 immigrant Muslims and British-born Islamic converts were sent to Middle East locations where they attended al-Qaeda training camps. British officials including those within MI5 conceded that they don’t know what happened to these men sent for training. They believe some may have been killed in combat or suicide bomb attacks, with most disappearing like a wisp of smoke.

According to one news story in the Sunday Times of London, Imams reported what was happening to police, but say that senior officers were reluctant to interfere in the internal affairs of mosques. Some imams sued Abu Hamza in the civil court hoping to stop his plans, but they found the cases too costly and the court proceedings dragged on and on. Most of Hamza’s rival clerics were just too frightened to buck his associates who acted as his private militia in the middle of London.

Terrorism experts in the US believe similar situations exist in mosques across the country and political correctness prevents federal and local law enforcement from singling out and investigating — including infiltrating — these religious facilities.

For instance, several US senators have voiced concerns that the US Bureau of Prisons uses the Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences (GISS), which is under investigation for possible funneling of money to terrorists, and the Islamic Society of North America, which has board members with terror links.

UK: Police complaints about “Islamophobia” in mosque documentary rejected

Looks like the UK is too far gone to be saved: the police seems to be firmly in the pockets of the ummah Islamiyah and shows clearly it supports the Muhammedan cause against the people of England.

Media watchdog Ofcom has rejected complaints by West Midlands Police about a Channel 4 undercover programme that exposed extremism in British mosques.

Police claimed that the Dispatches programme had misrepresented the views of Muslim preachers and clerics in Birmingham with misleading editing.

Following today’s ruling, the broadcaster called the police’s actions “perverse” and said they had, in some people’s eyes, given “legitimacy to people preaching a message of hate”.

Ofcom said: “Undercover Mosque was a legitimate investigation, uncovering matters of important public interest. Ofcom found no evidence that the broadcaster had misled the audience or that the programme was likely to encourage or incite criminal activity.

“On the evidence (including untransmitted footage and scripts), Ofcom found that the broadcaster had accurately represented the material it had gathered and dealt with the subject matter responsibly and in context.”
