While George Soros was busy bankrolling his battalion of established activist groups and launching a few new ones of his own, he quite naturally looked toward the upcoming presidential election of 2008 with great anticipation, eagerly awaiting the day when George W. Bush would finally leave office. The question was, who would replace him? In recent years, all indications had been that Soros favored Hillary Clinton above most, if not all, other potential Democratic candidates for President. But now there was a new face on the scene¯a young, charismatic U.S. senator from Illinois named Barack Obama¯who seemed not only to share virtually all of Soros’s values and agendas, but also appeared to be a highly skilled politician who stood a good chance of getting elected to the nation’s highest office.

In December of 2006, Soros, who had previously hosted a fundraiser for Obama during the latter’s 2004 Senate campaign, met with Obama in Soros’s New York office. Just a few weeks later¯on January 16, 2007¯Obama announced that he would form a presidential exploratory committee and was contemplating a run for the White House. Within hours, Soros sent the senator a contribution of $2,100, the maximum amount allowable under campaign-finance laws. Later that week, the New York Daily News reported that Soros would support Obama rather than Hillary Clinton for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination, though Soros pledged to back the New York senator were she to emerge as the nominee.1 But it was clear that Soros considered Obama to be the more electable candidate of the two. Most importantly, Obama’s economic and political prescriptions for America were wholly accordant with those of Soros.

A Refreshingly Honest Interview About Mitch McConnell and Republicans in DC

I can count on one hand the number of people I know who understood the danger of Senator Mitch McConnell for over a decade; and all of them are admins at CTH.

Mitch McConnell is the most Machiavellian republican in modern history. In 2010 it was Senator McConnell who wanted to see the Tea Party destroyed, and he did everything in his power to achieve that goal along with his friend Tom Donohue, then president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Additionally, almost everything centering around the current rogue intelligence community can be traced back to McConnell making deals with democrat senators to stand aside from oversight if they secure his position of influence and affluence.

McConnell is exactly the guy Taylor Caldwell was writing about in her book, A Pillar of Iron:

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.”

DEADLY COVER UP: Fauci Approved Hydroxychloroquine 15 Years Ago to Cure Coronaviruses; “Nobody Needed to Die”

Dr. Anthony Fauci, whose “expert” advice to President Trump has resulted in the complete shutdown of the greatest economic engine in world history, has known since 2005 that chloroquine is an effective inhibitor of coronaviruses.

How did he know this? Because of research done by the National Institutes of Health, of which he is the director. In connection with the SARS outbreak – caused by a coronavirus dubbed SARS- CoV – the NIH researched chloroquine and concluded that it was effective at stopping the SARS coronavirus in its tracks. The COVID-19 bug is likewise a coronavirus, labeled SARS-CoV-2. While not exactly the same virus as SARS-CoV-1, it is genetically related to it, and shares 79% of its genome, as the name SARS-CoV-2 implies. They both use the same host cell receptor, which is what viruses use to gain entry to the cell and infect the victim.

The Virology Journal – the official publication of Dr. Fauci’s National Institutes of Health – published what is now a blockbuster article on August 22, 2005, under the heading – get ready for this – “Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread.” (Emphasis mine throughout.) Write the researchers, “We report…that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells. These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage.”

In Londonistan, it’s open season on Christians.

A female Christian preacher who was wearing a Charlie Hebdo shirt was allegedly stabbed in London’s Speakers’ Corner on Saturday afternoon.

The woman, who is claimed to be a Christian preacher and prominent critic of Islam, Hatum Tash, was filmed being stabbed repeatedly by a hooded man.

The evangelical preacher is a member of Defend Christ, Critique Islam (DCCI) Ministries which “seeks to preach the Gospel to Muslims using apologetics and polemics.”

According to their website, DCCI states that their “motivation is a love for Muslims to bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ in order to attain eternal life.”

For her strident critiques of Islam, including showing textual differences between different Qurans, Tash has become a controversial figure, with some Muslim activists even calling for her to be banned from Speakers’ Corner.

Last year, London’s police removed her from the area, despite its identity as the home of free speech, after her Charlie Hebdo shirt provoked a mob of Muslim men.
