Meanwhile, Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has proposed that a border barrier be constructed in northeastern Italy to counter the renewed flow of migrants along the Balkan Route.

In other news, French authorities now believe the catastrophic fire at the Notre Dame cathedral was caused by negligence, and may possibly have involved a cigarette.

No cigarette ever set a 600-year old oak beam on fire. This claim is outrageously stupid. It is an insult to anyones intelligence.

Edwin Wagensveld Arrested in Eindhoven for Having Bricks Thrown at Him

Edwin Wagensveld is the leader of the Dutch chapter of Pegida. Last weekend, when they were preparing for a demonstration in front of a mosque, he and his colleagues were pelted with eggs and bricks. In the end, however, it was only the Pegida demonstrators — including Mr. Wagensveld — who were arrested.

Long-time readers will remember Edwin Wagensveld as the man who was arrested three years ago for wearing a pig hat at a demonstration.

United Nations Moves Toward Imposing Sharia

To the extent that the United Nations is able to impose global government, we will have global sharia. As with many of the most alarming lurches toward tyranny in the world today, the oppression will be inflicted in the name of repressing “hate speech.”

Pakistan threw its full weight behind the new UN Strategy and Plan of Action to combat hate speech, saying that language was being used to secure narrow political and electoral gains in many parts of the world, including the South Asian region.

In the olden days, Muslims imposed their ideology by whacking people’s heads off with scimitars. Now, they pursue the same objective by whimpering about hate speech. This degradation is the price Muslims pay for participating in the Muslim–moonbat alliance. Moonbattery rots everything it comes in contact with — even its friends.

“An inevitable consequence is to fan the flames of bigotry, intolerance, anti-Muslim hatred and xenophobia,” Ambassador Maleeha Lodhi said after UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres unveiled the strategy at a special meeting held in the packed ECOSOC chamber [last] Tuesday, says a press release.

“My Prime Minister Imran Khan has recently again called for urgent action to counter Islamophobia, which is today the most prevalent expression of racism and hatred against ‘the other’,” the Pakistani envoy told ambassadors, senior diplomats and high ranking UN officials.

“Islamophobia” means criticism of Islam. Forbidding criticism of Islam is a major tenet of sharia.

To the extent you are not allowed to speak out against this brutal sociopathic cult, you are ruled by it.

The UN Strategy and Plan of Action provides a system-wide programme with the overriding objective of identifying, preventing and confronting hate speech. The secretary-general said, “It targets the root causes of hate speech, pointing out that these include tackling violence, marginalisation, discrimination, and poverty, as well as bolstering weak state institutions.”

The reference to poverty indicates that after the UN has taken away your right of free speech on behalf of Muslims, it will take away the wealth you create for redistribution.

A former Manus Island detainee who was recently granted asylum in Switzerland has vowed to keep fighting for his fellow refugees who remain on the island.

Sudanese refugee Abdul Aziz Muhamat delivered a speech at the 41st session of the UN Human Rights Council on Wednesday in which he blasted Australia’s offshore policies on Nauru and Manus Island.

“I am free … [but] many hundreds are still detained. They are being completely destroyed, physically and mentally,” he told the UN meeting.

“Twelve people have died. Over 100 have attempted suicide on Manus Island in just the last month. How many more will it take?”

A German charity ship carrying 42 refugees and migrants rescued off the coast of Libya has entered Italian waters, defying an explicit ban by the country’s far-right interior minister, Matteo Salvini.

Actually, it’s a Soros financed Moslem ferry service.

The captain of the Dutch-flagged boat decided to head to the island of Lampedusa on Wednesday because the situation on board was “now more desperate than ever”, the Berlin-based charity Sea Watch said in a statement.

“I’ve decided to enter the port of Lampedusa,” Captain Carola Rackete said, according to a tweet from Sea Watch.

“I know this is risky, but the 42 shipwrecked on board are exhausted. I will bring them to safety.”

Sea Watch said Rackete felt that maritime emergency law permitted the ship to enter Italian waters.

“Another Alan Kurdi Moment”

 ‘Alan Kurdi’ was a fraud. It was a  psy-op, a staged photo shoot to soften Europeans up for Mohammedan mass migration.

“America’s media is about to follow in the footsteps of Europe’s as open borders advocates begin using images of children in order to guilt the nation over its own migrant crisis.”

These poor, desperate people. Risking their lives to get into an American concentration camp!

In 2015, at the peak of Europe’s self-inflicted migration problem, the media plastered pictures of toddler Aylan (later ‘Alan’) Kurdi washed up dead on a beach in Turkey.

Kurdi was utilized as a global symbol of why Western nations were morally bound to throw open their borders to anyone and everyone apparently seeking refuge.

The media would also, in the same period, blur out pictures of children killed in Islamic terror attacks.

Heartbreaking images reveal the tragedy of a father who drowned with his 23-month-old daughter as he went back to try and save her in the Rio Grande while her mother watched on. 

Just as Aylan Kurdi was used to swing public opinion in Europe over the migrant crisis, this picture will now go “viral” (artificially).

It’s the same playbook as 2015 Europe.

The same media & talking heads who say it’s “insensitive” to show dead children when there’s a terror attack are now busy sharing images of dead children because it bolsters their political agenda. Odd that, isn’t it?
