Europe’s Civilizational Exhaustion

Islam is filling the cultural vacuum of a society with no children and which believes — wrongly — it has no enemies.
In Sweden, by 2050, almost one in three people will be Muslim.
The European mainstream mindset now seems to believe that “evil” comes only from our own sins: racism, sexism, elitism, xenophobia, homophobia, the guilt of the heterosexual white Western male — and never from non-European cultures. Europe now postulates an infinite idealization of the “other”, above all the migrant.
A tiredness seems to be why these countries do not take meaningful measures to defeat jihadism, such as closing Salafist mosques or expelling radical imams.
Muslim extremists understand this advantage: so long as they avoid another enormous massacre like 9/11, they will be able to continue taking away human lives and undermining the West without awakening it from its inertia.

In a prophetic conference held in Vienna on May 7, 1935, the philosopher Edmund Husserl said, “The greatest danger to Europe is tiredness”. Eighty years later, the same fatigue and passivity still dominate Western European societies.

It is the sort of exhaustion that we see in Europeans’ falling birth rates, the mushrooming public debt, chaos in the streets, and Europe’s refusal to invest resources in its security and military might. Last month, in a Paris suburb, the Basilica of Saint Denis, where France’s Christian kings are buried, was occupied by 80 migrants and pro-illegal-immigration activists. The police had to intervene to free the site.

But Ayad also “said he wants to kill everybody.” Did he have unrequited love for everybody? He became “extremely violent” and attacked police; did he have unrequited love for the police? He stabbed Thomas Jackson multiple times in the face, chest and stomach; did he have unrequited love for Thomas Jackson?

Australian authorities doubtless dismissed any terrorism connection because Ayad had no ties to terror groups. What they missed, they missed because they refuse to consider Islam in their studies of terrorism. Ayad shows the tendency among Muslims to react with a murderous rage that they associate with religious fervor when they are denied, frustrated, rejected. Is it really wise for Australia or any other country to import large numbers of people who believe that Allah will punish Infidels by their hands (cf. Qur’an 9:14) and that therefore, if they believe an Infidel has wronged them, may decide to become executors of the divine wrath?

Criticizing the displacement of the European population is not allowed; Facebook confirms it by stifling Voice of Europe:

Facebook has repeatedly punished a fast-growing news website for its conservative views on immigration and other topics–suspending its moderators, censoring content, and threatening to close the site down.

Voiceofeurope.com, which takes pride in its “uncensored news,” has been effectively bludgeoned into submission by Facebook and recently announced it will self-censor on the social media site to avoid losing its page.

Among the site’s infractions: posting a photo of Poles with a “Mohammed not welcome” banner. Facebook forced them to remove the photo. A positive review of the book Europe All Inclusive by former Czech President Václav Klaus so enraged the thought police at Facebook that they removed the article and threatened to shut the site down for good.

Voice of Europe has been growing explosively on Facebook, but this won’t last. No matter how much traffic Facebook drives in the short term, no countermoonbat should ever rely on it. Climb this ladder and it will be pulled out from under you, as we learned from the example of Right Wing News.

As noted previously, Angela Merkel personally asked Mark Zuckerberg for help suppressing opposition to the systematic displacement of Europeans from their own countries. Zuckerberg said he was working on it. Voice of Europe can attest to his progress.

Halal meat isn’t always labeled, and you could be eating it without knowing.

According to a report by Harvest Public Media, some retailers buy halal meat but don’t label it as such, as they’re concerned that Islamophobic sentiments might drive down sales.

“They may feel it’s not necessary to mention that it’s halal and, in some cases, they may fear a backlash,” Haroon Latif, who researches the U.S. Halal market, told Harvest Public Media.

Why would Muslims “fear” an imaginary “backlash” when they tell us that they trust in allah?

Right-wing politicians are using Islamophobia to win elections, according to a leading scholar on the issue.

“Islamophobia both in Europe and the U.S. is being used as a political project that is connected to the right wing and possibly by discredited political elites who are using the demonizing of Muslims to win elections,” Dr. Hatem Bazian of the University of California-Berkeley told Anadolu Agency on Sunday.

Bazian, who is also a weekly columnist for the Istanbul-based English language newspaper Daily Sabah, is in Istanbul to take part in a three-day conference on Islamophobia at Sabahattin Zaim University.

“So, therefore, the strategy of demonizing Muslims and targeting Muslims is driven by electoral politics,” said Bazian, who is also a co-founder and professor of Islamic Law and Theology at Zaytuna College, the first accredited Muslim liberal arts college in the U.S.

Bazian is also a weekly columnist for the Istanbul-based English language newspaper Daily Sabah.

In several European countries, right-wing parties have gained electoral victories amid a refugee crisis — the biggest in Europe since the Second World War.

Bazian said right-wing political parties are “attempting to define themselves as protecting Western society from outsiders, which essentially is the only way for them to return to respectability”.

It turns out skilled South African and English immigrants have unemployment rates of about 2 per cent, compared to a 5.6 per cent rate nationally, according to a 2014 study by the Immigration Department of arrivals between 2001 and 2011…

If we want immigrants with the greatest likelihood of integrating, look no further than southern and eastern Europe, it seems. Of the 31,000 immigrants from there since 2006, none is unemployed, according to estimates in the Australian Bureau of Statistics’ most recent analysis of the country’s migrant population. By contrast, of the 70,000 migrants from the Middle East and North Africa, 44,000 were either unemployed or not looking for work.

Of course, a bigger share of the latter had humanitarian visas. But Croatian refugees had an unemployment rate of 4 per cent, according to the 2014 department study, even lower than Chinese immigrants who hold skilled visas (6 per cent). Indeed, a quarter, or 186,000 immigrants, from non-English speaking countries since 2006 haven’t had a job since they arrived, and three fifths of those hadn’t looked for one. For those from English-speaking countries the figures were 8 per cent, and a quarter. Overall, the unemployment rate for migrants from non-English speaking countries was 7.7 per cent in 2016 compared to and 2.1 per cent for those from the main English speaking countries.
