A steaming pile of manure, that’s what George Negus presented Australian viewers of SBS Dateline Sunday, 19th September 2010. Take a look at his sources: Weyman Bennett, a criminal ratbag with a  rap-sheet going back to Nigerian scams, a Guardian loon by the name of Matthew Taylor who took months “undercover” (sic)  to film the EDL’s “particular anti-Islam hate message” (add the usual garbage like “racist, Islamophobic, xenophobic and a whole lot more)  all together nothing more than hate filled propaganda against  the few brave  souls who stand up against the Mohammedan  invasion of their country.

Sure, the Negus crew got a few shots of EDL boys shouting obnoxious slogans. But how does that compare with the ‘immutable’ message of Koran, sira & hadith, which perpetuates terror, hatred of the kufar, genocide on Jews and jihad on unbelievers until the world is Islamic? How many jets did the EDL fly into buildings? How many schools did the EDL blow up? How many children did the EDL rape? How many terrorist bombings did the EDL commit?

Strangely, Negus doesn’t find it necessary to balance his propaganda piece with the attacks that left dozens of shops smashed up and police running from Mohammedans shouting ‘allahu akbar’

Belying their claims to be building it only to affect reconciliation and peace, mosque leaders have smeared all opponents of the mosque as racists and bigots and refused all entreaties to put their mosque elsewhere.

And the thuggishness goes way back, apparently. The waiter-turned-millionaire developer (a transformation not yet satisfactorily explained) Sharif El-Gamal has said that “when you beat up someone physically you get exercise & stress relief,” and it appears he spoke from experience. And the questions about his finances continue to grow more urgent.

Theresa May, the Home Secretary, has authorised a blanket ban on marches in a city on the day of a planned protest by the English Defence League (EDL), an right-wing campaign group.

Dudley council criticises far-right group for going ahead with protest at abandoned development:

The English Defence League’s summer of protests to target Muslim communities is to continue with a demonstration against a “super mosque”, even though the development is no longer going ahead.

COUNCILLORS are calling on the English Defence League (EDL) to scrap a planned protest in Dudley town centre.   The proposed demonstration is set for Saturday July 17 and the authority has no powers in law to ban the event which it branded “a pointless waste of taxpayers’ money”.

Strange that demonstrations against Islamization are depicted as “a pointless waste of taxpayers’ money,” when billions of taxpayer dollars are squandered on Muslim ‘outreach’ programs, polygamous welfare scroungers, failed integration programs, prisons that are controlled by Muslim gangs, toilets that point to Mecca…..

Thousands turn out in solidarity with the English Defence League.

All races, all creeds, all colors came to protest the encroaching sharia and the building of a fortress, a mega-mosque, and were met with the hostile and violent fascists of the ironically self identified “Unite Against Fascism.” Orwellian. The EDL was peaceful, as is their manifesto. But the thugs and the sharia advocates engage in a low-grade civil war action, turning the demonstration into a violent melee.

The EDL were driven into a huge metal cage with high fences all around and kept tightly packed in for over two hours. They were told byPolice officers ”you wanted this demo so now you can stay in there!” I have been told by a very good friend presnt, it was mayhem, claustrophobic and people thought they were going to get trampled on once a surge of anger started and pleas for release as many by this time wanted to go home, were ignored by the Police. The UAF and Muslims who were were running freely on the streets, one stabbed an EDL marshall, another had a broken bottle put into his neck by a Muslim yob whilst the Police did nothing!
Nothing at all mentioned about this demo on Sky News or the BBC that I could see tonight even though they had crews there filming this and some of the EDL were asked to give interviews. So who exactly is being informed, the USA? It seems its taboo to inform the rest of the English of whats been going on in their own land.

A mosque is an outpost, a fort, a bastion of Islam behind enemy lines. A place to plot, a bunker, where Muslims organize the overthrow the kafirs ‘miserable house’ and to replace infidel law with the law of allah…..

UPDATE: The BBC has updated the story above. Here is the latest version:

A group of EDL supporters broke away as they were being taken back to their coaches but were “quickly contained”.

About 2,000 people took part in the demonstrations.

Five people were arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.

Two more people were arrested on Friday evening on suspicion of causing damage to a wall beneath a bridge in the town, while another two were arrested for public order offences.

And al-Reuters says much the same thing:

Scuffles broke out with police when EDL supporters broke down wire fences penning them in and ran through nearby streets.

Police said they were able to prevent them reaching the UAF rally.

Officers arrested five people for possessing offensive weapons, two for public order offences and two for criminal damage.

Both these reports make it likely that the people who were arrested were UAF, not EDL. Both the BBC and al-Reuters would love to highlight news that makes the EDL look bad — and look how quick they are in these reports to say that “EDL supporters broke away as they were being taken back to their coaches” and “EDL supporters broke down wire fences.” But then when it comes to writing about the arrests of the people who had weapons and causedcriminal damage, the ones being arrested are identified only as “people.”

That means the people who were arrested were UAF members. If they were EDL, you can be sure both the BBC and Reuters would have happily said so, and even put it in their headlines.

UPDATE: The EDL turnout was reported to be well over 2,000. I hear a couple of EDL members broke free of the pen. It’s all the media is talking about. So what?

Unite Against Fascism advertised this event as a confrontation between their supporters and the EDL. The slogan, “No Passaran” does not inevitably mean a physical confrontation, but its association with military struggle, and in particular the Siege of Madrid, does tend to promise a bit of a ruck.

The EDL should be confronted. It is right to show solidarity with British Muslims against these hoodlums.

As a result, Weyman Bennett not only gets the chance to play the martyr, but runs the real risk that he will be imprisoned. I feel sorry for him, and hope that – if the Crown Prosecution Service proceeds against him – it is on the basis of very strong evidence that he was actively involved in concrete and detailed plans to commit violent disorder: and not merely on the grounds that he was a little bit mouthy.

The Muslim Council of Britain hosted a special closed-meeting to discuss the growing spate of attacks in all its forms against British Muslims on March 3rd at the House of Commons.

(Which “attacks” precisely? There are plenty of attacks from Mohammedans against Brits, and few if any attacks on the soldiers of allah/ed)

The event entitled “Tackling Islamophobia: Reducing Street Violence Against British Muslims” brought together distinguished Parliamentarians, academics, journalists, police, public servants, and community representatives who all endorsed calls for the establishment of an All-Party Parliamentary Committee on Islamophobia with a view to holding a parliamentary inquiry on Islamophobia in the UK.

Translation: “distinguished Parliamentarians, (commie hacks) academics,  (wakademic loons) journalists, (far left scribblers) police, (Mohammedan ghetto protectors who are paid to prevent law-enforcement on fellow Mohammedans…) public servants, (a dime a dozen) and community representatives”- (run of the mill headbangers….)

The meeting took contributions from experts and responses from parliamentarians and was concluded with a Q&A session with the audience who comprised of individuals from over 80 organisations.

A Protest Attacked; A Blogger Threatened With Execution

Emotions are running high in parts of Britain. Only a couple of weeks ago, rumors that a “Right wing” group was planning to march through the Bury Park region of Luton were spreading through the Muslim communities of the city. This turned out to be false. When no one turned up, the Muslim youths that had congregated attacked the police, throwing missiles and hurling abuse [video]. 50 extra police had to be drafted to contain the situation.

Last week, as it became known that the so-called English Defense League (EDL) was planning to protest in Birmingham, Mohammad Naseem, chairman of the Birmingham Central Mosque, told Muslims to “vent their feelings” at the EDL march, though he apparently believed that the police would separate the protestors and counter-protestors.
