Pakistan: Taliban kidnaps 400 people

Waki Paki Talib News:

* Must be ‘moderates’- if it was radicals they would have killed them all by now, right? Lets see if we can talk it out with them, lets send Hillarity Clitman or Peanut Khadr to talk some sense into these people:

‘Umdat al-Salik, a manual of Islamic law endorsed by Al-Azhar University, the most respected institution in Sunni Islam, says that hostages can be killed, exchanged for ransom, enslaved, or released, depending on what is best for the Muslim community (o9.14).

Taliban goes house to house demanding boys for grooming as suicide bombers

And the boys insist they are not being brainwashed: “Some hypocrites say that we are doing this for money — or because of brainwashing – but we are told by Allah to target these pagans.”

* Again, we hear no protests from the ‘Islamic world’- that same Muslim ummah that constantly whines about “civilians, wedding parties, innocent women & children” being killed by those evil American soldiers is mute, blind and deaf when it comes to Taliban atrocities. Why could that be?

Paki government vows to wipe out Taliban from Swat in the next 2-3 days

  • I’m not holding my breath:

“In Swat valley’s capital, Mingora, the business and administrative hub of the district, the military said troops carried out house-to-house searches, while clashes in the area left eight insurgents dead.” Now the Taliban’s “concern” for the people of Mingora makes sense.

Moorthy S. Muthuswamy:

The United States fails to understand Pakistan – whose army, not incidentally, sports the motto “Faith, piety, and holy war in the path of Allah” – for what it is: a member state of what the author calls “the axis of jihad,” which also includes Saudi Arabia and Iran. These three nations – with their arm’s-length proxy armies of the Taliban, al Qaeda and Hezbollah – are the most aggressive purveyors of what the book describes as “political Islam,” the jihadist creed based on Islamic doctrine that is destabilizing the world, from India’s Kashmir region to Britain’s old mill towns, from all of Israel to Parisian banlieues. U.S.: Afghan Taliban may receive as much money from foreign donors as it does from opium sales

“Senior U.S. officials said the Taliban received significant donations from Pakistan — where sympathy for the group is widespread in the country’s Pashtun community — and Gulf nations such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.”

Tiny Minority of Extremists Alert. And with respect to the involvement of Gulf nations, this story again demonstrates the urgency of achieving as much energy independence as possible, as quickly as possible. “Taliban’s Foreign Support Vexes U.S.,” by Yochi J. Some interesting Fox News opinions on the Taliban and truces: “Truces Mean Nothing to Nuts,” by Greg Gutfeld for Fox News, May 28, JW:

On Tuesday, the Pakistani Taliban decided that it wants a peace deal — kind of like the one they had originally before they ramped up killing and maiming people in awful ways (which to them, is basic yard work.) And then, quickly and appropriately, they got their hairy asses handed to them on a goat.

No wonder they’re up for a truce!

And here we find another lesson on how the world really works: Truces mean nothing to people consumed by fanatic ideology. And a resident fool, I’m willing to suggest it’s the very unwillingness to compromise that makes them fanatics! And vice versa.

US wronged Pakistan for 30 years, admits Hillary

You can’t make this sh*t up, but they do it all the time:

Willie Clitman caught groping Fran Drescher

WASHINGTON, May 19: The US secretary of state acknowledged on Tuesday that Washington had not been consistent in its dealings with Islamabad.

Talking to reporters at the Foreign Press Centre and the White House, Hillary Clinton said ‘it is fair to say that our policy towards Pakistan over the last 30 years has been incoherent. I don’t know any other word’.

About the military operation, Hillary Clinton said the United States was working with Pakistan to determine and disrupt the route for supplying weapons to the Taliban.

    Good news first:

Taliban jihadists shaving their beards and trying to flee

The great courageous mujahedin crumble at the first sign of resistance. “Taliban men shaving beards to flee: Army,” from the Times of India, May 16 (thanks to Jihad Watch):

KOTA: Taliban fighters are shaving off their beards and trying to flee from a Pakistani army offensive in their Swat bastion, the military said on Friday.Clashes had erupted in various parts of the region, the military said on Friday, adding it was achieving successes. It also appealed to civilians to identify Taliban fighters trying to flee.

“We have confirmed reports that these Taliban terrorists, after shaving off their beards and cutting their hair, are fleeing from the area,” the military said. “We request the people of Swat to identify them,” it said, while providing a telephone number for informants to call or send text messages….

    Bad news next:

Al-Qaeda diversifying its alliances with Pakistani jihadist groups

“‘During recent fighting in Bajaur, senior Pakistani officers repeatedly insisted that the local villagers had been led astray by shadowy international militants,’ the correspondent said…”

Funny how these alleged misunderstanders of Islam keep finding each other and uniting under a shared set of goals. Despite the claims below that the conflicts inside Pakistan are “essentially local,” the common thread among these groups and acts of jihadist violence from London to Algeria to the Philippines is the imperative to subjugate the entire world under Islamic law. If they were into bumper stickers, they might read: “Think jihad globally, wage jihad locally.”

    Dead Baby Jihad

The first casualty in war is always the truth. Even a Wakademic F#kcwit like the careering Hillary Clinton should know that. Is she, or anyone in Obambi’s administration aware that Muhammad said “War is Deceit” and that taking enemy propaganda at face value is a recipe for disaster?

Ralph Peters/New York Post/THE CASUALTY CON

hillary-clinton1      Clinton: hopeless, clueless, worthless. Always ready to stab our troops in the back.  Whatever the enemy says is taken for granted.

     FALLING FOR TALIBAN TRICKS

THE most effective weapon terrorists have found to wield against us isn’t the headline-grabbing suicide bomber or even the deadly roadside bomb, the IED.

Such weapons can harm us, but they can’t stop us. Terror’s super-weapon is the lie.

Lying about civilian casualties is the one sure way to impede or even halt US (or Israeli) operations, to force such tight restrictions on our troops that they can’t win.

The casualty con’s so effective as both propaganda and tactic that terrorists everywhere have adopted the technique. It’s been so successful that our enemies long ago transitioned to the next phase: creating civilian casualties and blaming us.

It works. The media love the charge. Our troops and pilots are always guilty — even if proven innocent. Because so many on the left want us to be guilty.

Few journalists bother to investigate. If the Taliban, al Qaeda, Hezbollah or Hamas says it, it must be so. In Media Wonderland, terrorists never lie. Now every successful strike on a Taliban target generates the instant claim that the dead were all civilians.

And it isn’t just the media who back the Taliban. The Obama administration — a case study in instant foreign-policy ineptitude — signs up, too.

‘Suicide bombings justified from Prophet’s days’

LAHORE: The justification for suicide bombings comes from the days of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), according to Zabiullah Mujahid, a spokesman for Mullah Omar.

“They sacrificed some people, friends of Muhammad, for the sake of Islam. This is part of the jihad and part of the fighting. We will fight them and we will target them,” he told CNN.

Taliban terrorizes 2,000 villagers as human shields

    H/T eye on the world:

Is living under the Sharia great or what?

taliban1(Times Online) TALIBAN militants who have seized swathes of North West Frontier Province in Pakistanhave inflicted a reign of terror on villagers, landowners and the police, using kidnapping, looting, pillaging and murder to impose their will.

    * Damn. Where is Sherifa Zuhur when you need her? Don’t these ignorant Taliban folks know that kidnapping is totally un-Islamic?

Yesterday, as Pakistani forces stepped up their campaign to retake territory in the districts of Buner, Dir and Swat, it emerged that in one Taliban-controlled village, Pir Baba in Buner, the militants were holding 2,000 people as human shields in case the army attacked.

“Only the Taliban had enforced sharia when they were in power in Afghanistan

    • With thanks to the Elder of Ziyon
    From the Daily Times (Pakistan):

LAHORE: It is un-Islamic for anyone to be photographed, Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Sufi Muhammad has said.

Talking to a private TV channel, he said any duplicated image of a person, whether a “still picture or video” was un-Islamic. Referring to the various systems of governance, he said democracy, communism, socialism and fascism were all un-Islamic. He also said there was no need for a constitution in the country in the presence of the Quran and Sunnah, adding these were the “biggest laws” available to humanity. Focusing on democracy, he said it was un-Islamic, as infidels invented it.

Sufi Muhammad said the sharia system of governance not currently in force anywhere in the world, not even Saudi Arabia or Iran.Only the Taliban had enforced sharia when they were in power in Afghanistan,” he added.
On the status of women in a Taliban-run society, he said women were not allowed to come out of their house for any reason other than to perform Haj. However, he added, a female patient was allowed to visit a male doctor to seek a cure for her ailments.

Glad he cleared that up, heh!

The action was ordered by the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan chief for Orakzai Agency, Hakeemullah Mehsud, after the deadline given to the Sikh community for payment of Jazia passed on Wednesday.

Earlier, the Sikh community had postponed its decision about vacating the area following the demand of the Tehrik-i-Taliban for payment of ‘Jazia’ being non-Muslims for their protection.
