23 families have been forced to move out of an apartment complex because of one other family, identified only as “Lebanese,” that subjected them to “harassment, violence and threats” on a “daily basis,” including their children “throwing rocks and spitting at other families in the building’s playground area. When they were told to stop, their parents came down to the playground armed with knives and clubs.”

Elisabeth Dreijer Sørensen, a representative of the 23 families, recounts: “Yes, I got a red cross on my door. And later we learned what it means – that we are infidels, and that we’re on the death list.”

This “Lebanese” family must no doubt be Maronite!

Al-Arabiya, a Saudi-owned television network, said the attacker concealed the explosives in his anus, allowing him to evade detection. The network also quoted an expert as saying that the method of concealment aimed the blast away from the target, while blowing the bomber to bits.

Gladly the attack failed, otherwise Iraqi officials would freak out and demand that all visitors to government offices have their anuses probed before entry.
But seriously, how did he place the explosives in his anus? I don’t think he could’ve done it on his own. But on the other hand if someone else helped him do it then that makes the whole operation unholy, and very gay, right?

Glenn said this past week that Barack’s minions were actually calling his show while he was on air because he was being a meany. When I heard this I was sitting there eating pretzels and drinking a martini thinking: Are you kidding me? Is Perez Hilton running the White House? The White House is actually calling Beck during his program in an attempt to get him to cease and desist his digs? Wow . . . sounds, pretty gay to me. No offense to gay people, of course.

Interviewer: “A year ago, Sheikh Saleh Al-Lahidan issued a fatwa that made all hell break loose. He demanded that owners [of liberal Arab TV channels be placed on trial] and repent. Do you support Sheikh Al-Lahidan’s demand?”
Sheikh Yousuf Al-Ahmad: “I believe all Muslim scholars support him in this.

“I believe that one of our problems is that we continue to bury our heads in the sand, and talk about ‘Lebanese’ TV channels, as if we are being honest. Take LBC, for example. We all know who owns it. We should say to [the owner] Al-Walid bin Talal: Beware. The same is true of MBC TV, Al-Arabiya TV, the ART and Rotana channels – all these [Saudi] channels serve to destroy Islam and the Muslims.

“Regarding these base channels that I have mentioned, and others like them – I have no doubt whatsoever that their danger to the Islamic nation is no less than that of the Zionist Jews, or of the Crusader Americans in Iraq and elsewhere.”
Interviewer: “What led you to such an extremist view? Note that you are equating channels owned by Muslims, by Saudi citizens, with the Jews.”
“The Deadly Poison That They Are Spreading Has Reached the Bone Marrow”
Sheikh Yousuf Al-Ahmad: “I wasn’t equating them. I said they are more dangerous. I was being precise. In my view, the deadly poison that they are spreading has reached the bone marrow.

“The people who spread corruption in the land – whether highway robbers, drug dealers, or the owners of these TV channels, who are even more dangerous… These channels broadcast corruption and nudity. They are all people who spread corruption in the land, and they should be tried in an Islamic court of law and sentenced to death. This [fatwa] is clearly in accordance with Islamic law. There’s no doubt about it.”
Interviewer: “The ferocity of this fatwa has cast fear in the hearts of…”
Sheikh Yousuf Al-Ahmad: “… of the hypocrites.”
Interviewer: “In everybody’s hearts. Even in the West, it received much attention.”
Sheikh Yousuf Al-Ahmad: “Islam itself casts fear…”
Interviewer: “No, it doesn’t. Islam is a religion of tolerance and leniency, Sheikh.”
“We Demand That They Face Trial in an Islamic Court of Law”
Sheikh Yousuf Al-Ahmad: “Allah says otherwise. Islam is lenient, but the infidel West trembles in fear of it. Allah has ordered us to prepare: ‘Prepare for them what force and steeds of war you can, to cast fear in the hearts of Allah’s enemies and of your own.’ Our human nature may tell us that stoning is unacceptable, but this is a punishment decreed by Allah. If Allah decrees death – this is how it should be. If the Islamic scholars ruled that the punishment for drug dealers is death, this is how it should be.
“I believe that [the TV channel owners] are more dangerous than all of these. Forget about whether or not they should be killed – we demand that they face trial in an Islamic court of law.
“I call upon the good, honorable businessmen to contribute their millions in order to hire lawyers to file Islamic lawsuits against these TV channels owners, and to persecute them legally. I call upon lawyers and good people in Saudi Arabia, in the Gulf states, in Egypt, in Yemen, and everywhere, to banish them from all Muslim countries.”

There is also a consensus by all four schools of Sunni Islamic jurisprudence (i.e., Maliki, Hanbali, Hanafi, and Shafi’i), as well as Shi’ite jurists, that apostates from Islam must be put to death). Nah, nothing to do with Islam, right Solkhar?

If what I had selected to discuss had been a passage ripped out of a context that endowed it with a meaning different from what it so clearly is, then this charge might, just might, have some validity. But the passage in question, that I chose to hold up for inspection, was not ripped out of such a context. It was, in fact, a perfect example of an attempt to deceive Infidel readers, the readers at the Huffington Post for whom Al-Marayati has such contempt. For he assumes they not only do not know, but will remain so permanently incurious as not to be moved to find out, the relevant contents of the Islamic texts — Qur’an, Hadith, and Sira — and the rulings of Muslim jurisconsults. His attempt to wrap-Islam-in-the-flag-of-American-patriotism is absurd, for in Islam Believers are inculcated with the clear idea that they owe their allegiance, their sole allegiance, to Islam, and to fellow members of the Umma.

UK: every day a step closer to sharia!

Marching For Hate In Londonistan

“Al Quds Day” (“Jerusalem Day”) is an annual march for Israel haters, held worldwide on the last Friday of Ramadan. It was established by the Ayatollah Khomeini.

In London the march takes place on the weekend. It is organised by the self-styled Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC).

The IHRC is a Khomeinist group which campaigns for convicted and suspected terrorists (here are some examples) and other Islamist causes, such as backingthe bizarre Neturei Karta sect, Tehran’s favourite token Jews, who attended Ahmedinejad’s Holocaust denial festival in 2006. Showing its colours, the IHRC has also mounted a verbal attack on the Community Security Trust (CST), the safety body of the British Jewish community. The CST answered here.
