There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts, but I don’t think we need to look among the Buddhists to find the bomber.

COLOMBO – Multiple explosions rocked three churches and three luxury hotels in Sri Lanka during Easter Sunday Mass, leaving at least 138 dead, in the worst violence since the civil war ended a decade ago.
The blasts took place at churches in the capital city Colombo and neighboring towns and hotels, including the Shangri-La, Kingsbury and Cinnamon Grand. At least 160 people were injured and were undergoing treatment, an employee at the National Hospital of Sri Lanka said by phone.
Two of the blasts were suspected to have been carried out by suicide bombers, according to a security official, who spoke on condition of anonymity as he was not authorized to speak with reporters.
It was the worst violence in Sri Lanka since the end of the civil war a decade ago. The magnitude of the bloodshed recalled the random bombings perpetrated by the separatist Tamil Tigers that targeted a bank, a shopping mall, a Buddhist temple and hotels popular with tourists.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts.
