“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. ” — Voluntary consent: Would you like to take this medicine? Involuntary consent: Would you like to take this medicine or prefer to lose your job and livelihood instead?
This is coercion to take an injection of experimental mRNA which violates the Nuremberg Code, for a virus that >99.9% of people survive.

The German newspaper BILD reports that the state of Hesse has passed a motion that will allow food stores to decide whether they want to BAN unvaccinated people from entering.
An English language report on the development notes “2G regulations refer to public places where only vaccinated persons are given the option to enter.“
The so called 3G rules still require anyone wanting to enter a building to prove they have tested negative, but the 2G rules remove that option altogether.
The German government had excluded supermarkets and stores selling essential items from most restrictions, but Hessen’s government has now put this decision into the hands of the stores.

On Monday the Queensland Premier announced fully-vaccinated arrivals from Covid hotspots will be allowed to home quarantine from November 19 and enter without any quarantine from December 17.
But the unvaccinated will still have to meet entry requirements and do an undisclosed period of quarantine.
The One Nation leader, who has refused to take a Covid-19 vaccine, accused the State Government of taking away freedom and wanting to ‘control’ people.
‘People talk about freedom – ”we’re going to give you your freedom”. Well it wasn’t yours to give away, it’s control of the people,’ she told Canberra radio 2CC.
Senator Hanson referred to reports earlier this month that an undisclosed number of Queensland Police officers had left the force because they refuse to get vaccinated.
This morning I wrote back to one of the major retailers who decided to spruik their new ‘No Jab, No Job’ policy to all federal politicians. I told them that their decision was certainly not ethical and may not even be lawful.

Corporations do not own the bodies of their employees and personal medical decisions should be just that: personal, and not forced on them by employers engaging in undue coercion.

In fact, ‘No Jab, No Job’ mandates by the major retailers are against the national vaccination guidelines as outlined in the Australian Government Department of Health’s Australian Immunisation Handbook which states that vaccines “must be given voluntarily in the absence of undue pressure, coercion or manipulation.” It is also against the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights which states that people should be able to withdraw from medical interventions “without disadvantage or prejudice.”

From discussions I have had with lawyers and industrial relations experts, I have no doubt that future judicial decisions will likely end the ability of companies to continue discriminating against employees and customers on the basis of their vaccination status.

The major retailers should tread very carefully lest they find themselves having to compensate people for such actions and reinstate them.

Now, after the fact, some states are fixing the problem and banning private money to government election offices. They should ban it. Florida, Texas, Arizona, Georgia and Iowa have prohibited election offices from receiving private money.
City employees roamed door to door with armfuls of blank ballots, knocking and pushing people at home to vote in a process entirely foreign to state laws. Ballots were collected and delivered by others who had been strictly banned from touching someone else’s ballot before COVID. Over and over, the rules broke down.

I admit global warming does cause one bad thing – a rank crop of green shysters and carpetbaggers like the shameless Andrew Forrest. Believe me, if Forrest is selling you a “clean energy” future, hold on to your wallet. That’s because Forrest seems to me to be one of those billionaires who can’t tell the difference between what’s good for him and what’s good for the country.
He’s also a world-champion crawler who seems liable to say almost any crazy thing, if you pay him enough.

China does. China has made the West Australian hustler super rich by buying mountains of his iron ore, and Forrest is now a grateful salesman for this genocidal, warmongering dictatorship.

How we laughed – or choked – when Forrest last year waved away the proof that the coronavirus that’s killed five million people came out of China: “I don’t know if this virus started in China or somewhere else and frankly I don’t care … because it just might be Australia, it just might be Britain, it just might be China”.
How we goggled when Forrest also ambushed Health Minister Greg Hunt at a joint press conference by bringing along the Chinese consul in Melbourne to come speak, too.
