Meet Mustafa al-Anzi, a Saudi Doctor Who Heard the Call to Jihad

Strangely, his family denies him the status of a “martyr”.  Am I missing something?

A new image of the Saudi doctor who had joined the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria surfaced on Monday. Mustafa al-Anzi appears holding a large combat knife in the picture, showing that he had indeed joined the ISIS.

Al Anzi was reportedly killed on July 11 in an Iraqi military air-strike on an ISIS assembly in Mosul. Another image of Al Anzi yielding an AK-47 appeared a week ago. His brother explained to Al Arabiya News that bearing arms as doctor was necessary as he was operating in a conflict area.

Al Anzi’s family alleges he was working in ISIS field hospitals and had not been involved in combat. The family continues to claim he died while operating in a field-hospital struck by the Iraqi air-raid.

Would you want a doctor (whose  salary is paid for by your government)  a doctor who comes with a mental baggage of hatred against Christians and Jews, who believes that the killing of them is an Islamic duty? Do we really need more medical “trainees” who have no respect for infidel life?

Suhail Ahmad Khan Durani, 35, was convicted on three counts of indecently assaulting the woman by grabbing her breasts and two counts of digitally penetrating her.

AT least 70 doctors are practising medicine in WA despite breaches of professional conduct or concerns that their treatment could be substandard.

The newspaper can reveal that seven doctors have a restriction on their licence, arising from fears about sexual abuse.

The “worst scandal in the history of German transplant medicine” has erupted at a transplant clinic in Göttingen. Unsurprisingly, a Muslim is at the centre of it. Equally unsurprisingly, the German media are doing their best to cover up the fact that he is a Muslim. When the German television channel covered the story, they pixellated the Muslim’s face. One newspaper report used German journalists’ favourite euphemism (their equivalent of the “Asian” used by British journalists) for Muslims: “Südländer” [person from southern lands]. Sure, a person from the southern lands. Like, I don’t know, Italy, Portugal, Greece? No, not quite. These Südländers are usually Turks. And that appears to be true in this case. Step forward Ayman (or Aiman) Obed, super well-integrated moderate Muslim.

Musel doctors, musel-nurses: the ongoing saga. Some of them also refuse to roll up their sleeves. An intolerable, dangerous situation in tolerant, multicultural Britain.

Some Muslims have refused to use alcohol-based hand gels to combat the spread of swine flu because they claim it is against their religion.

Some of those employed by St Albans Council in Hertfordshire have complained about the antibacterial lotion, which is considered a key strategy in containing the virus.

Officials were concerned because the Koran bans Muslims from consuming alcohol, so council chiefs issued them with non-alcohol hand gels, which studies have shown to be less effective in killing bugs.

But Muslim leaders criticised the council’s decision to change the gel, pointing out that Islamic teachings allow Muslims to use alcohol for medicinal purposes.

The Muslim Council of Britain said: ‘We would advise people to follow the medical advice so we would, of course, encourage people to use hand gel. ‘People need to find ways to accommodate their beliefs.’

* Thus those who refuse are simply once again trying to reinforce the proposition that Islamic norms and practices must always and everywhere triumph over Infidel ones. This is a declaration of supremacism, not piety.
