A Mohammedan pest with multiple personality disorder has been  annoying our regular posters here. Solkhar is almost through with the usual program of tu quoque, taqiyya, obfuscation and blather and has now arrived at the stage where he issues threats. (We are sheiking already!)

In spite of being disinvited on several occasions, Solkhar believes, like Mohammedans do, that he “is here to stay” and that he has “rights”, but that should be the least of our worries. Solkar believes, (at least that’s what he tells us)  that reporting on the global jihad and connecting the dots  is turning him into a Taliban, or worse: a radical!

Its all our fault, you see: Resisting jihad breeds jihad…

In that sense he is the prototype of a troll who displays all the usual traits of the cult.

Though I left for Morocco in 2002, I am still try my best to keep up with
the homeland. Suprisingly we have a lot in common. I am a left-leaner
(genitals also) who will spit out something more `rightish´ if it suits

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Yale University has removed cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad from an upcoming book about how they caused outrage across the Muslim world, drawing criticism from prominent alumni and a national group of university professors.

Yale University Press, which the university owns, removed the 12 caricatures from the book “The Cartoons That Shook the World” by Brandeis University professor Jytte Klausen. The book is scheduled to be released next week.

“I think it’s horrifying that the campus of Nathan Hale has become the first place where America surrenders to this kind of fear because of what extremists might possibly do,” said Michael Steinberg, an attorney and Yale graduate.

Steinberg was among 25 alumni who signed a protest letter sent Friday to Yale Alumni Magazine that urged the university to restore the drawings to the book. Other signers included John Bolton, a former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations under President George W. Bush, former Bush administration speechwriter David Frum and Seth Corey, a liberal doctor.

“I think it’s intellectual cowardice,” Bolton said Thursday. “I think it’s very self defeating on Yale’s part. To me it’s just inexplicable.”

Fareed Zakaria, editor of Newsweek International, a world affairs columnist and CNN host who serves on Yale’s governing board, said he told Yale that he believed publishing the images would have provoked violence. (can’t have violence unless its Islamic, then its okay…/ed)

“As a journalist and public commentator, I believe deeply in the First Amendment and academic freedom,” Zakaria said. “But in this instance Yale Press was confronted with a clear threat of violence and loss of life.” (Fareed Zakaria is the son of an Islamic scholar and as such an agent for Islamic causes in the US of A. Of course he doesn’t believe in the first amendment, but lying is an art-form in Islam/ed)

The most influential Muslim leader in the West Midlands urged his followers to ‘vent their feelings’ against Right-wing protesters during a Birmingham  rally that ended in violent clashes and 90 arrests.

Birmingham Central Mosque chairman Dr Mohammad Naseem encouraged Muslims to counter-demonstrate during Saturday’s anti-Islamic protest by the English Defence League (EDL).

The police had advised community leaders to stop people from attending, reported The Times.

One protester from the league, Leisha Brookes, 42, said: ‘We are simply protesting about the fact that if people come to our country, they should respect our laws.

Yesterday a West Midlands Police spokesman said all those arrested were male, aged between 16 and 39, and offences included criminal damage and violent disorder, including possession of an offensive weapon.

West Bank settlements are good for peace

One of the axioms of the “peace process” is that the settlements are “an obstacle to peace,” as if removing them would instantly bring peace on earth. It’s well known, however, that before 1967 there were no settlements, and no peace – unless, of course, you consider the communities within Israel “settlements,” since the Arabs considered them occupied territory. The greatest contribution of the settlements, then, is that they took the place of Israeli towns as occupied territory, except perhaps for Hamas and considerable parts of the Arab world. Therefore, the formula that removing settlements equals peace is laughable and baseless.
