Such arrogance. To Victorian Health Minister Martin Foley, the 10,000 anti-lockdown protesters last Saturday were just lowlifes who were “on the side of the virus” and indulging in “ratbaggery”. To NSW Police Minister David Elliott, they were “a whole lot of halfwits” and “boofheads”. To Luke Cornelius, a deputy commissioner of Victoria Police, they were “selfish people” who “deliberately choose” to endanger us all with their potential “super spreading” event. To the NSW Mounted Police, they included a cruel horse-puncher who put “our beautiful brave (horse) Tobruk” through an “awful encounter”. And to glamorously made-up reporters and bouffant TV hosts who haven’t lost a day’s pay from lockdowns, the protesters were violent wackos throwing away everything we’d won through “our” sacrifice.

But to those who marched in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, defying pepper spray and $1000 fines – and to sympathisers who didn’t dare join them – this abuse would confirm they were right. Our virus masters are dangerously drunk on their new powers, and would rather bully than listen.

Fair call. How does it help anyone when police, politicians and journalists treat scared and desperate Australians as scum, and stretch the truth to make them seem even scummier?

They’re just “halfwits”? True, some protesters think the virus is a hoax and vaccines a conspiracy. That’s a worry. But many there were panicked at losing their jobs, businesses and freedoms under restrictions that at times make no sense, certainly not to them.

“No more lockdowns, my kids need school, I need to work,” one protester wrote on the windscreen of a family SUV parked near the crowd.

And is it just “ratbaggery” if some said they were frightened by the push for vaccine passports, forcing them and their children to get injected with new vaccines they do not trust?

How can they be insulted like that, when even Queensland’s chief health officer ranted like an anti vaxxer against the AstraZeneca vaccine: “I don’t want an 18-year-old in Queensland dying from a clotting illness who, if they got Covid, probably wouldn’t die.”

The media keeps LYING about the people protesting lockdowns

The vast majority of Freedom Day protesters on Saturday were law-abiding citizens before Coronavirus. It was the most politically and racially diverse rally ever seen in Australia. But that’s NOT how the media portrayed them.

For the first time I deeply fear for the future of my country. This fear arises not from existential threats and challenges but because Australia is being trashed by incompetent control freak leadership which has also succeeded in severely scaring much of our citizenship. Panic rules the day.

Thanks to being a large remote island and shutting international borders early in the pandemic, Australia has enjoyed a relatively low caseload, despite the best efforts of the Victorian government to run hotel quarantine in a style reminiscent of Fawlty Towers.

The initial pandemic management objective to ‘flatten the curve’ so as not to overwhelm our hospital system, has morphed into repeated lockdowns with a zero-tolerance of any community cases. Politicians have thankfully stopped using the initial slogan of ‘we’re all in this together’ which we all know is false and an insult to our intelligence.

The vicious Jew hatred wasn’t enough. But Twitter tolerance ended quickly when Calypso Louis used the platform to criticise the dodgy Covid vaccines.

The Nation of Islam, an extremist antisemitic group [run] by Louis Farrakhan, was banned from Twitter for criticizing mRNA vaccines.

As a primary information gatekeeper of the public square, Twitter was willing to permanently ban the sitting President of the United States for political reasons. It locked the account of a nationally prominent newspaper to prevent people from learning discrediting information about the Biden crime family just before the election. But it wasn’t willing to ban Nation of Islam — despite a long history of vehement racism against whites and Jews — until now:

The Nation of Islam, an extremist antisemitic group [run] by Louis Farrakhan, was banned from Twitter for criticizing mRNA vaccines. Twitter previously declined to ban Farrakhan’s personal account or the group account for their routine harassment of Jewish people.

Calypso Louie et al. hate whites too. Their doctrine states that “the whole Caucasian race is a race of devils . . . the evil and murderous race.” The Nation of Islam splinter group Death Angels stalked and killed 71 people for being white. But no one dares complain about antiwhite racism, now that Critical Race Theory is our official National Religion.

Like the guards at Auschwitz, Twitter was just following orders:

A report cited by the White House this month said that 12 Twitter accounts are responsible for 65 percent of supposed anti-vaccine content. One of the 12 listed was Rizza Islam, a Nation of Islam member. While Twitter took action against the group after perpetual mRNA vaccines criticism, it remained silent on its previous anti-semitism.

If riling up black mobs against Jews were a problem, Al Sharpton would not be a member in good standing of the liberal establishment after igniting Crown Heights and Freddie’s Fashion Mart. But questioning the wisdom of making everyone take an experimental vaccine — even those already immune due to previous infection or who are too young to benefit — is disapproved of by the government Twitter was instrumental in installing in power.
