Tommy is a political prisoner. The establishment wants to get rid of Tommy. The Judge says she wants to send Tommy to prison immediately — as in, this afternoon.

In sum: Tommy will be sentenced to prison for 19 weeks, and will be released half-way. So that’s 9.5 weeks in prison. More than two months in prison. For journalism.

Dame Victoria says she wants to make an example out of Tommy. (That’s what the Attorney General said — he asked the court to punish citizen journalists.)

Dame Sharp says there is no sentencing guideline.

Therefore: no suspended sentence.

Therefore the total penalty — new contempt, plus old contempt: 9 months.

Now they’re ordering Tommy to pay costs, but they will give his lawyer 28 days to give them submissions about costs. They’re literally making him pay for his own conviction.

Tommy is going to prison. The first journalist since the 1940s to go to prison for contempt of court.

A final indignity: the prosecution asks that Tommy Robinson have to pay for his own trial. £25,000. Those rapists who were convicted up in Leeds didn’t have to pay for their own trial. Tommy will pay for his.

Tommy Robinson is heading back to jail, with a sentence that could be a death sentence at the hands of Muslim inmates who threatened and menaced him when he was in prison before, for doing what reporters routinely do outside criminal trials. The British government is clearly making an example of him in order to try to deter more Britons from protesting against its policies of mass Muslim immigration and its covering up of crimes perpetrated by Muslims in the name of Islam and in accord with its teachings. This conviction and sentencing shows not Tommy Robinson’s contempt of court, but the contempt of the British government for its own citizens, and particularly for the victims of Muslim rape gangs.

Contempt of court is almost always a non-custodial sentence — as in, no journalist goes to jail for it. (That’s true — at most, media companies pay a fine; but the journalist himself never goes to prison.) But there is no rule of law in the UK anymore. Not for him.

Judges rise to consider sentence as EDL founder faces jail for contempt of court

Tommy Robinson faces being sent back to prison today for encouraging ”vigilante action” against defendants in a grooming gang trial during a video livestreamed on Facebook.

Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, will be sentenced at the Old Bailey this morning. He was originally jailed for 13 months last year but was freed on appeal. The maximum sentence is two years’ imprisonment.

Tommy would be put in a terrible dilemma: be put in solitary confinement and be mentally tortured, or be killed by the Muslim gangs that run the prison. The British establishment couldn’t be happier either way.

No trust in once great Britain

The people outside don’t trust the political system. They voted for Brexit three years ago, but the elites just laughed at them. They see £1 million spent policing Tommy’s rallies and £1 million spent prosecuting Tommy himself, while rape gangs go unhindered. The trust is gone.

This is not a criminal conviction, so he has different rights as a civil prisoner — the right to more visitors; the right to buy his own food to avoid being poisoned by the Muslim prison gangs who run the kitchens. He was denied those rights last time. Will that happen again?

It seems likely that, when the history of our time is written, the authors will be incredulous that so little was said, let alone done, about the largest genocide of all time.

If Islam wins, there will be no more writing of history.

It is that the present horrors are happening on our watch.

The truth is that the sorts of systematic suppression of religious freedom that increasingly is evident around the world didn’t happen overnight. The torture, rape, enslavement and murderous – even genocidal – bloodletting of religious minorities has been inexorably building globally for decades. For example, Open Doors USA has estimated that there are 30 million more Christians subjected to heavy persecution this year than last.

Pauline Hanson has predicted new laws banning religious discrimination could be exploited by Muslim extremists to justify child brides, female genital mutilation and polygamy.

The One Nation leader has voiced her fears as Prime Minister Scott Morrison‘s government plans to introduce legislation making it illegal to discriminate against someone based on their religious beliefs.

‘I am concerned that such a bill could be used by radical Islamic extremists as a shield to protect the worst aspects of their political ideology,’ the Queensland senator told her 278,000 Facebook followers on Tuesday night.

‘By forcing this through without scrutiny the government may be creating a pathway for extremists to practice polygamy, genital mutilation, or even under-aged marriage and this cannot be allowed to happen.

‘We must always be on guard for the unintended consequences of good intentions.’

Rotherham child sex gang shout ‘Allahu Akbar’ in court as they are jailed for 80 years for abusing girls, including one who became pregnant at just 12, after being groomed with alcohol and drugs

• Six members of child sex gang given sentences between 10 years and 20 years
• Two of the defendants shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ as they were led away from dock
• The gang sexually abused two young Rotherham girls between 1999 and 2001
• One victim fell pregnant aged 12 after being groomed with alcohol and drugs

Brothers Basharat Dad, 32, Nasar Dad, 36, both from Rotherham, and Tayab Dad, 34, of Tinsley, Sheffield, were jailed for sex offences along with Matloob Hussain, 41, Mohammed Sadiq, 40, both from Rotherham, and Amjad Ali, of Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

Basharat Dad was jailed for 20 years, Nasar Dad was given 14 years and six months, Tayab Dad was given 10 years, Hussain was given 13 years, Sadiq was given 13 years and Ali was given 11 years.

The girl’s pregnancy made headlines in 2001 when she was portrayed as one of Britain’s youngest ever mothers.

British judges have proclaimed that Robinson encouraged “vigilante action” against Muslim rape gangs by filming accused rapists. Muslims are so special in Islamized Britain that if they are accused of crimes you cannot film them or the system will treat you as the criminal. He could be sentenced to up to 2 years plus an unlimited fine.

A psychologist who had a prison love affair with a locked up gang rapist was told not to come to work after she failed to tell her new employer about her sordid past.

Mother-of-two Joanne Senior was banned from practising as a psychologist four years ago after her intimate relationship with a Skaf gang rapist was found out by jail bosses.

But in February she was hired by Malek Fahd Islamic School, Australia’s biggest, as a school counsellor.

Sources said she did not disclose her past indiscretions to the school when they hired her.

However she was forced to fess up after Daily Mail Australia approached Ms Senior outside the school’s south-west Sydney campus last week.
