Government ‘Islamophobia’ adviser wants Islamic blasphemy law

Tim Dieppe comments on the new government-appointed adviser to establish a definition of Islamophobia.

Last month, the government appointed Imam Qari Asim to lead a process for establishing a definition of Islamophobia. The government had previously announced that, while it would not be accepting the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on British Muslims proposed definition of Islamophobia, it would instead appoint two advisers to propose an alternative definition. The government says that the appointment of a second adviser will follow in due course.

In the last hours of Theresa May’s administration

The timing and manner of the appointment look like Theresa May’s administration was desperate to make this appointment on its last full day in office, even though the second adviser has not yet been decided. This leaves the new Boris Johnson administration with an appointment which cannot easily be repealed.

Indeed, the appointment may also have been a deliberate parting shot at the new prime minister, given that Qari Asim has been a vocal critic of Boris Johnson. Johnson said last year that wearing the burqa made people resemble “bank robbers” and “letter boxes,” but he also made clear that he did not think the burqa should be banned even though it has been banned in many other countries. Hamza bin Laden meets virgins

(CNN)President Donald Trump in a statement on Saturday said late al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden’s son Hamza bin Laden had been “killed in a United States counterterrorism operation in the Afghanistan/Pakistan region.”

He did not give a time period for the operation or the death.

Burger King in South Africa is dropping the word “ham” from its menu, after adding bacon at some of its stores, in order to be respectful of Muslim customers.

On Friday the chain confirmed it has changed the names of three of its products. What was previously known as a “Double Spicy Hamburger” will now just be a “Double Spicy Burger”; the “Triple Hamburger with Cheese” becomes the “Triple Burger with Cheese”, and a “Hamburger King Jr” on the kids menu will now be just a “Kids Burger”.

Islam forbids Muslims to keep dogs, and the punishment for that is that the one who does that loses one or two qiraats from his hasanaat (good deeds) each day. An exception has been made in the case of keeping dogs for hunting, guarding livestock and guarding crops. 

“An exception has been made” doesn’t mean they treat animals well. Go to any Moslem country and you will find that dogs are terribly mistreated.

Moonbats Want Irish Navy to Assist Invasion

Butcher refuses to change ‘not halal’ signage

“despite being told it vilifies Muslims”– by whom?

A local butcher has refused to change a sign saying “not halal certified” despite being told it was “inciting hatred” against Muslims.

A butcher shop in South Australia has refused to change its shopfront signage despite being told it was “inciting hatred” towards Islamic people.

But the judgment panel took issue with the sign’s wording and the use of Australian animals, saying it gave the impression Islamic people might not be welcome inside the store.

Infidels are not welcome wherever Mohammedans have been able to settle in large numbers. Why would they want to go to an infidel butcher to buy non halal meat?

A complaint over the signage said it “pokes fun of a specific group of people based on religious belief”.

There’s no fun in Islam. Is that ‘judgement panel’ trying to enforce the sharia?

Now that President Trump has put a stop to negotiations with the Taliban, leaving the Afghanistan peace process in limbo, the Taliban have a message for the leader of the free world: “We can do this for one hundred years.”

At least that’s what the group’s lead negotiator, Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai, told RT during a recent interview. Trump shut down the nearly year-long talks after a Taliban car bombing killed an American soldier stationed in Kabul. The two sides were set to meet at Camp David, where they were reportedly on the cusp of signing a major agreement.

Taliban representatives insist their bombings are justified by the ongoing attacks by American and Afghan forces on Taliban-held territory, and that they are simply defending their land from a hostile occupier.

Stanikzai said he’s skeptical of Trump’s reasons for halting the talks, arguing that it conflicted with a statement from Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who, during a TV appearance the following day, bragged that the US had killed “over 1,000 Taliban” over the previous ten days, even as negotiations progressed.
