Yes, of course. For Winds of Jihad readers nothing new here. Because Muhammad, profit of Islam, “Noblest of all humanity and the greatest of prophets”, practised it also,  and he was the perfect  man, al insan al kamil, as you can see here:
“This stuff is in your own books!”
Meet Sheikh Abdelbari Zamzami who just made confirmed that necrophilia is halal.
More here: Zemzami justifies his ruling by means of analogy: Since a good Muslim couple will meet again in Heaven, and since death does not alter the marital contract (in his opinion) it is not a hindrance to the husband’s desire to have sexual intercourse with the corpse of his (freshly)Â deceased wife”
Nothing that interfaith sessions, government handouts and an army of social workers can’t fix.  Most important is of course to assure the shocked, fearful  muslim community that there is no backlash to worry about, and that their clerics and their mosques are not under surveillance. Because that could cause  backlash. Police commissioner Simon Overland is already fully in tune with Islamic customs and is often seen apologizing to Islamic leaders, usually after some of the tiny minority of extremists  get caught doing their Islamic duty, which includes blowing up stoopid infidels like you and me. Terror trial begins in Supreme Court: “nothing to do with Islam, Islam is not on trial here…”
A group of conspirators waited in Australia for an Islamic cleric in Somalia to grant them a fatwa.
They wanted his blessing to break into Sydney’s Holsworthy army base and kill as many people as possible.
But one of them expressed fears that it could be “a catastrophe”, the Victorian Supreme Court heard yesterday.
In a phone conversation intercepted by police in June last year, Abdirahmin Mohamud Ahmed told Saney Edow Aweys it would be easy for an “angry” sheik in the mountains of Somalia to tell them to “enter this place” and they had to ask “people with knowledge”.
“If the sheik says to the guys enter this place . . . it’s a catastrophe, brother,” Mr Ahmed said.
Mr Aweys, who has been identified in many recorded conversations repeatedly describing Australians as “infidels”, told Mr Ahmed he was “soft” and told him if a fatwa was granted, “I am included”.
Of course. Â For to do so would be “helping others in sin and transgression.”
“The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.*
“God is our purpose, the Prophet our leader, the Qur’an our constitution, Jihad our way and dying for God’s cause our supreme objective. Different factions of the Muslim Brotherhood believe that an Islamic society can be achieved by violent means in the near term, or by education and “preparation” of society and “democratic” takeover.
The Assembly of Muslim Jurists in America says on its website: “AMJA recognizes that human brotherhood is the basic principle that should govern the relations between all peoples and nations. Therefore, the pursuit of peace and goodwill between all nations should be a desirable objective for all members of the human family. In this light, AMJA rejects any ideology or effort that aims to put the United States of America and Islam in conflict.” Apparently it intends to achieve this goal by making sure that U.S. troops cannot achieve anything in Islamic countries.
Expect Honest Ibe Hooper of CAIR to issue a thundering denunciation of this forthwith. Honest Ibe?
Mohyeldeen Mohammed, the outspoken Muslim, is in the news again. Reports from VG indicate he’s praised Allah in an open statement on his Facebook page for Sunday’s roadside bomb that killed four Norwegian soldiers.
“These monsters aren’t soldiers, as Western Freemasonic media portrays them. Therefore, I wish death and misery upon ever single Norwegian, or other Western terrorist assailants, who travel to our countries and partake in an illegal occupation of and aggression against one of the world’s poorest countries,” writes Mohammed.
Arfan Qadir Bhatti agrees. Bhatti has recently been acquitted of charges of planning a paramilitary attack on the US and Israeli Embassies in Norway.
“Norwegian soldiers are terrorists and must expect to be assassinated. They’re at war and have probably killed civilians,” he says.
What is the ruling on traveling to kaafir countries as a tourist, and taking pictures of the women in one’s family on these trips?
Praise be to Allaah.
Taking pictures of women is not permitted at all, because of the temptation and evil that results from that, in addition to the fact that taking pictures is forbidden in and of itself. So it is not permissible to take pictures of women when traveling or for any other reason. The Council of Senior Scholars has issued a statement that this is haraam. With regard to traveling to kaafir countries or permissive countries, this is not permitted because it involves temptation and evil, and mixing with the kaafirs, and seeing evil things and being affected by that. It is only permitted within strict guidelines which have been set out by the scholars, namely:
1-Â Â Â Â For necessary medical treatment which cannot be found in any Muslim country
2-Â Â Â Â For business purposes which require travel
3-Â Â Â Â To learn knowledge which the Muslims need and which cannot be found in their countries
4-Â Â Â Â To call people to Allaah and spread Islam
In each of these cases, there is the condition that the traveler should be able to practise his religion openly and show pride in his beliefs, and keep away from places of temptation.
With regard to traveling solely for the purpose of a pleasure trip, or for a break, this is emphatically forbidden. I ask Allaah to make me, you and all the Muslims adhere to that which He loves and which pleases Him. May Allaah bless our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
Once again, a fartwa, an Islamic ruling from a widely respected mufti. Is he a misunderstander of Islam? Are we Islamophobes because we dare to express reservations about the practice of raping women in captivity?
“It may, superficially, appear distasteful to copulate with a woman who is not a man’s legal wife, but once Shariat makes something lawful, we have to accept it as lawful, whether it appeals to our taste, or not; and whether we know its underlying wisdom or not.”
Right. Its a matter of taste. Now I got it! Well, thanks, mufti! Excuse my while I’m on my way to rape the next cute little hijabbed muslimah. After all; what’s good for the goose is good for the gander, or is it not?
Look out for Muhammad worshippers who will pop up to tell us its a “cultural thing”- Â and that many other religions and African tribes do it too…. nothing to do with Islam etc etc….
What does Islam (Holy Quran, Shariah, Hadith) say , if at all, about the female circumcision or FGM – Female Genital Mutilation? Is it permissible or not permissible?
Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu
1. Circumcision for males is Waajib (compulsory) according to Imaam Abu
Hanifa. If circumcision will hinder a person from accepting Islam then
accepting Islam should be given preference over circumcision.
2. It is Mustahabb (commendable) for females to circumcise. It is narrated
in an authentic Hadith quoted from Abu Dawood Shareef that during the
Prophet (Sallallaahu ?layhi Wasallam)’s time there was a woman in Madinah
who used to perform circumsicion for women (Fathul Bari vol. 16 p. 353)
The greatest threat to mankind and civilization is the spread of the totalitarian ideology. Its best ally is not the devotion of its followers but the confusion of its enemies. To fight it, we must understand it. Ayn Rand
The whole idea of waging “fatwa wars” with extremists is not only futile but anti-progressive and further entrenches the authoritarian tendencies in Islam. Issuing fatwas and promoting them, even in a good cause, is damaging because it ends up reinforcing the importance attached to fatwas in general.
He is of course responding to the story that an influential Muslim scholar has issued a global ruling against terrorism and suicide bombing.
Whittaker disagrees with Ed Hussein who also writes in The Guardian’s CiF that “Fatwas can be a force for good”.
Back to reality:
Saleh al Munajjid is a Saudi preacher. He thinks freedom is very dangerous and brutal corporal punishment in the name of Islam is fantastic.
He is so keen on jihad that he says “neglecting” it is a “major sin”:
Twenty imams have issued a “fatwa” against any Muslim who would attempt to commit an act of terrorism in Canada or the United States.
Syed Soharwardy, (pic thanks to Tundra Tabloids) an imam at the Al-Madinah Calgary Islamic Centre, who organized the initiative, said on Friday that any attack by foreign elements should also be considered a direct affront to the 10 million Muslims who call either Canada or the United States home.
Check out Syed Soharwardy:
a vicious, anti-Semitic bigot who trivializes the Jewish Holocaust, spreads blood libels against the Jewish Talmud, says Israel is perpetrating a Holocaust of its own against Palestinians, publicly calls for sharia law to be implemented in Canada, and participated in a pro-terrorist rally in the Jewish neighbourhood of Calgary, replete with a flag of Hezbollah.
I first came to know this odious man up close, when he hauled me before the Alberta human rights commission for publishing the Danish cartoons of Mohammed. Before that, the little thug actually tried to have me arrested by the Calgary Police Service for publishing those cartoons, as if we were back in his beloved Saudi Arabia, where the police take care of the infidels.
“We want Muslims around the world who would dare to commit terrorism on our soil to know that we stand together with all Canadians and Americans.
“We are asking Muslims here not only to condemn terrorism but to also see these events as attacks on themselves.”
Imam Soharwardy said he thought of the initiative just after a Nigerian man was charged with trying to blow up a U.S. airliner on Christmas Day. At that point he began calling religious leaders here and in the United States to join his effort.
Nineteen Canadian imams and one American have signed the fatwa to date.
“The Koran teaches us that we have an obligation to stop violence. We live in a non-Muslim country called Canada where Muslims and others live side by side and this is our country, too.
Tell us, Soharwardy: where in the Koran does it say you have an obligation to stop violence? Page and verse please…..
Please can you help me, I am having such a dilemma. I met and married my husband 19 years ago. We have three daughters aged 17, 15 and 7. I am a revert to Islam. My husband, although knows a lot about Islam, doesn’t pray and I have always felt quite alone in my worship.
Two years ago, my husband who was 39, went to a nightclub in Morocco and met a 17 year old prostitute, slept with her that night and then because of his guilt, married her by Fitra (I don’t really know what this means or what it consists of, all I know is that he sees it as marriage). I was here in the UK and all this was done behind my back. He came home and told me and I was devastated. Although very firey, our marriage was passionate and he had never been with any other woman since marrying me. I loved him with all my heart and to this day don’t understand why he did this. He told me he still loves me and never wants to lose me or the kids. I just couldn’t accept this. He told so many lies, sent money to her and gave me nothing, used to talk to her on the phone in front of me and tell her he loves her. I found it really hard to cope.
New York: Muslim women confront domestic violence, but deny Islam plays a role in it:Â As usual, conspicuously absent from the discussion is any acknowledgment of Islam’s role in encouraging and perpetuating spousal abuse. By lacking the will to face those texts and teachings forthrightly, Robina Niaz is only hobbling her own efforts to help other Muslim women. “Her ‘duty’ is helping Muslim women heal after abuse,” fromCNN, September 25:
“The punishment for apostasy from the religion of Islam is execution”
Here is a cluebat for those who might be tempted to believe the soothing lies that are coming from Islamic apologists in connection with the Rifqa Bary story: “Why should a person who disbelieves after becoming Muslim be executed? The punishment for the apostate is execution. Why such harshness?,” from Islam Question and Answer, Fatwa No. 12406 (thanks to the Jawa Report) via Jihad Watch:
The punishment for the apostate is execution. Why such harshness?.
Praise be to Allaah.
The punishment for apostasy from the religion of Islam is execution. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And whosoever of you turns back from his religion and dies as a disbeliever, then his deeds will be lost in this life and in the Hereafter, and they will be the dwellers of the Fire. They will abide therein forever”
And it was proven that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever changes his religion, execute him.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari in his Saheeh. What this hadeeth means is that whoever leaves Islam and changes to another religion and persists in that and does not repent, is to be executed. It was also proven that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “It is not permissible to shed the blood of a person who bears witness that there is no god but Allaah and that I am the Messenger of Allaah except in three cases: a life for a life, a previously-married person who commits adultery, and one who leaves Islam and forsakes the jamaa’ah.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim.
