A failed asylum seeker was jailed for 18 months yesterday after admitting dishonestly receiving more than £100,000 in state handouts.

BMW-driving Huseyin Akbulut, 48, came to the UK from Turkey in 1993 to get fertility treatment for his wife.

He unsuccessfully claimed asylum in 2001 and, when appeal rights were exhausted, began fiddling benefits.

The UK Border Agency, who plan to recoup the cash from his assets, said: “He abused the country’s hospitality for his own greed.”

Doncaster crown court heard the local dad-of-one made false claims for six years despite holding key positions in four businesses.

Akbulut was given £66,957 in accommodation payments and £33,225 in cash.

An Algerian chemist has been found guilty at Bristol Crown Court of contaminating food and wine by using his own urine and faeces.

Sahnoun Daifallah, 42, of Bibury Road, Gloucester, was found guilty of four counts of contaminating goods at four businesses in May 2008.

Daifallah, who had defended himself, had pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A London bus driver today accepted £30,000 in damages from the Sun over a claim that he ordered passengers off his vehicle so that he could pray.

The story in March last year caused Arunas Raulynaitis considerable distress and embarrassment, his solicitor, Stephen Loughrey, told Mr Justice Eady at the high court in London.

Control orders are imposed on people whom the Government says are too dangerous to be at large but who cannot be prosecuted in an open court…

A total of 15 control orders are currently in place. Of the 15 subjects, nine are receiving some sort of welfare payments. Seven of them are receiving Job Seeker’s Allowance, which is worth £60.50 a week to people over 25.

And, no, we don’t really need to be told what cause these people are believed to serve.

LONDON, Feb 23 (KUNA) — Foreign Secretary David Miliband said on Monday that he was pleased that Binyam Mohamed was coming back to the United Kingdom. 

“His release and return from Guantanamo Bay is the result of a number of years of very hard work by officials with him and with his team.

“Obviously the release of Binyam Mohamed is the first release from Guantanamo Bay since the election of President (Barack) Obama.

“We very much welcome President Obama’s commitment to close Guantanamo Bay and I see today’s return of Binyam Mohamed as the first step towards that shared goal, ” he added.

Mohamed just arrived back to UK coming from Guantanamo with a coverage of his arrival by media.

Ministers decided not to force through plans to cut benefits to hundreds of polygamous families in the UK after officials advised that the move would be “too politically sensitive.”

Internal documents obtained by The Independent on Sunday reveal that ministers from four departments ordered an “urgent review” of the position of up to 1,000 men with “multiple wives”, amid complaints that they were claiming millions in benefits.

Muslim Baby Boom? Polygamy? Warsi Blames The Infidels…

FEARS of an Islamic baby boom have grown after it was revealed the Government is not stopping Muslim men from having more than one wife.

Warsi: “what Britain needs is a polygamy police unit…”

Baroness Warsi, Shadow Minister for Community Cohesion, lifted the lid on the polygamy problem by accusing Downing Street of being afraid to offend Muslims.

She said the Government was ignoring the issue of multiple wives because of “cultural sensitivity”.

And she said the result is a boom in the number of Muslim women forced to take part in polygamous marriages. It is also allowing Muslim men to have children with several women at the same time.

Baroness Warsi, 37, said: “There has to be a culture change and that has to be brought about by policy-makers taking a clear stance on this issue, saying that in this country, one married man is allowed to marry one woman. And that must be the way for everyone who lives in this country.

“There has been a failure on the part of policy makers to respond to this situation.

(Perhaps. But more likely is the failure of the Muselmanic invaders to respect the laws of the infidel nation state. Fat chance!/ed)

“Some of it has been done in the name of cultural sensitivity and we’ve just avoided either discussing or dealing with this matter head-on.”

Polygamy is illegal under UK law but religious marriages are not registered and so are not legally valid.

This opens the door for a Muslim man to marry his first wife in a civil ceremony and then marry someone else in a religious one.  Baroness Warsi urged the Government to consider the mandatory registration of all religious marriages to stop men in Britain marrying more than one woman.

And Stephen Green, of campaign group Christian Voice, said: “If this is going on then the Government should not be afraid of offending people in that community.”

But her remarks provoked an angry backlash from some Islamic experts last night.

Manzoor Moghal, chairman of the Muslim Forum, said the Government should not interfere.

He said: “Why would you not allow Muslims to conduct their affairs in their cultural, religious framework, without interference from the state? Why should we take them to task for having a second, third and a fourth nikah [marriage] which is compatible with their religion?”

Answer: Because WE, THE INFIDEL HOST SOCIETY ARE PAYING FOR IT with our taxes!  Because Muslims use and abuse women to outbreed the infidel host society with the intention to destroy us!

A Ministry of Justice spokesman denied that polygamy was being ignored by the Government and insisted the practice was illegal in Britain.

But he added: “It is not the role of government to take a position on the rites, beliefs or practices of any particular religious faith, other than where these give rise to conflict with the common law.”

The government is considering plans that would lead to thousands more British Muslims being branded as extremists, the Guardian has learned. The proposals are in a counterterrorism strategy which ministers and security officials are drawing up that is due to be unveiled next month.

Some say the plans would see views held by most Muslims in Britain being classed by the government as extreme.

According to a draft of the strategy, Contest 2 as it is known in Whitehall, people would be considered as extremists if:

• They advocate a caliphate, a pan-Islamic state encompassing many countries.

• They promote Sharia law.

• They believe in jihad, or armed resistance, anywhere in the world. This would include armed resistance by Palestinians against the Israeli military.

• They argue that Islam bans homosexuality and that it is a sin against Allah.

• They fail to condemn the killing of British soldiers in Iraq or Afghanistan.

* What is not mentioned is also the mandated terror against the kuffar as prescribed in the Koran.

* Well, some of us would say shape up or ship out. But will the dhimmified Chamberlains  of Britannia grow some balls and do what it takes to follow through?
