Muslim employee, Hamas-linked CAIR sue Disney for “right” to wear hijab rather than company uniform

Sue the unbelievers wherever you find them:

She has been working with the company for two years and only now has filed suit, right after she got her citizenship. Hamas-linked CAIR is representing her. This is, in short, yet another stealth jihad attempt to assert the primacy of Islamic law and custom over American law and custom. “Muslim employee accuses Disney of discrimination,” from the Orange County Register.

Note how she is surrounded, backed up and supported by the CAIR thugs. Note how she demands “her rights” from the filthy kafirs. Note how she oozes the confidence that comes with the belligerence in the belief of superiority.

This litigation jihad is no different from the flying imams with their in-your-face prayer demo in the airports, shouting ‘allahu akbar’ and behaving in an intimidating way towards other passengers. This is no different from the hijabbed hairdresser who bankrupted a London hair saloon for not hiring her because she insisted on wearing  the hideous scarf. Do you think the litigation assault on Abercrombie was an accident?

Of course not. This is all part of the litigation jihad. Instigated, financed and backed by the thugs from the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas,  CAIR.

This implies “racism”—that Boudlal “looks”—what? Middle Eastern? Arab?—but this clearly isn’t Disney’s concern, since she worked she has already worked there for *two years*.

Boudlal only “looks Muslim” when she is wearing her Muslim slave rag.

No more fatwas for Sheikh Abdel Mohsen Obeikan, the Saudi cleric and royal court adviser who earlier this year earned notoriety for rolling out an eyebrow-raising religious decree that called on women to give men breast milk to avoid illicit mixing.

Saudi authorities on Wednesday reportedly pulled the plug on Obeikan’s radio program “Fatwas on Air,”  a daily morning show in which Obeikan would go on air and issue fatwas — religious rulings — to the public on various matters. (LA Times)

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) carried out raids across the city’s north and south-east, as part of an investigation into the funding of terrorism.

Members of the Kurdish Association of Victoria return to their clubhouse in the Melbourne suburb of Pascoe Vale after police counter-terrorism raid

The police seized documents from the headquarters of the Kurdish Association of Victoria at Pascoe Vale in Melbourne’s north.

Raids were also conducted in Sydney and Perth.

The AFP says the raids relate to an investigation into allegations of financing a terrorist organisation.

But members of the Kurdish Association of Victoria say they are simply a social meeting place where cultural, language and dancing lessons take place.

Community member Gulay Baykal says the raids were a complete shock.

“I didn’t have any idea, because we were not expecting that,” he said.

“It never came to my thought that this would happen.

“This is a community organisation. We’re trying to respond to the social and cultural needs of the Kurdish community here.”

Expenditures on Pelosi-led CODELs, the group’s report shows, include thousands for liquor, beer and wine. Receipts show purchase of Johnny Walker, Grey Goose, Beefeater, Maker’s Mark, Courvoisier, Dewars, Bombay Sapphire and more, all courtesy of the American tax payer.

During the same two-year period, the entirety of Speaker Pelosi’s travel expenditures, including the use of Air Force aircraft for herself and relatives, cost the Department of Defense $2,100,749.59. (Redstate)

Seven people have been killed and 14 injured in a bomb blast in China’s Xinjiang region.

Its was not the “bomb blast” that killed them, it was Islam:

A local government spokeswoman, Hou Hanmin, said a Uighur man drove a three-wheeled vehicle carrying an explosive device into a crowd.  The man was arrested at the scene and investigations were ongoing, Ms Hou said.

Last “Palestinian” linked to 1972 Munich massacre kicks the bucket

A funeral has been held for a Pal-Arab said to have been who was involved in the 1972 Munich Olympics massacre in which 11 Israeli athletes died.

The ceremony for Amin al-Hindi was held in Ramallah, with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and senior Palestinian leaders present. He was buried in Gaza.

Mr Hindi, who died aged 70 in Jordan on Tuesday, led the General Intelligence Service under the late Yasser Arafat.

In the 1970s, he was a security officer in the PLO’s ruling Fatah movement.

He is alleged to have then also been a member of Black September, a militant offshoot of Fatah behind the Munich attacks.

Two Israelis were killed by the group at the athletes’ village, and nine more died in a botched rescue attempt by the German police. A German policeman and five Palestinian gunmen were also killed. (More)

A BULL leapt out of the arena at a bullring in northern Spain overnight and charged into a crowd of terrified spectators, injuring 30 people, Spanish media said.

Muslim employee accuses Disney of discrimination

They sue you if you don’t hire them, and they sue you when they can’t force their Islamo-BS on you.

Here’s a woman who, after working for years at Disney, decides to sue Disney to wear the hijab. “Disney is known for its strict dress code, called the Disney Look, which has been in place since 1957.”  Its stealth, cultural jihad.

This is not about hijab, this is about Islamic supremacism and imposing Islam on the secular society. Icons are a favored target.  Halal mickey. Porky pig’s future is looking mighty bleak.

Disneyland Resort hotel employee accused Disney of discrimination for refusing to let her wear a Muslim head scarf at work in public.

Imane Boudlal, a restaurant hostess at the Storytellers’ Cafe in the Grand Californian Hotel in Downtown Disney, said she has been sent home without pay four times this week after attempting to wear a hijab at work. But Suzi Brown, a Disneyland Resort spokeswoman, said Boudlal was offered a behind-the-scenes assignment at the restaurant until a solution could be figured out. Brown denied that the company discriminated against Boudlal.

Wednesday afternoon, Boudlal was turned away for the fourth time from her public hostess job after holding a press conference to bring attention to the issue. About 50 supporters — some of whom wore head scarves — followed her to the front of the restaurant, praying and rallying as they waited for an answer and Disney visitors walked by. Boudlal again was told that she could take an assignment out of public view.

“I’m not going to accept to work in the back,” said Boudlal, 26, of Anaheim.

In the press conference, Boudlal said she believes she was discriminated against because she looks Muslim. Boudlal said she sent a letter to Disney requesting that she be able to wear a head scarf. After they kept delaying a response, she decided to report to work with it.

“I’m not here to scare anyone,” she said. “I’m here to do my job.”

On Wednesday, Boudlal filed a discrimination complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and a letter demanding back pay from Disney, said Ameena Qazi, an attorney from Council on American-Islamic Relations, which is representing Boudlal. Qazi said she believes that Disney is breaking state and federal laws.

“The company values diversity and has a long-standing policy against discrimination of any kind,” said Brown of Disney in the prepared statement.
