A Muslim teacher was barred from visiting a Catholic college after refusing to remove her full-face veil so staff could identify her.

Now the school may face a claim of religious discrimination after the woman left rather than agreeing to reveal her face.

The teacher, who works at an Islamic school, was attending an open day at the sixth form college along with two teenage pupils, all of them wearing veils which left only their eyes visible.

They were asked to remove them as it was against the college policy – but while the girls complied, their teacher refused.

The incident, which happened in Jack Straw’s Blackburn constituency, comes as the issue of the full-face veil is once again at the centre of debate, and could see the school plunged into a court battle.

Frankfurt – One of two Muslim men on trial in Germany for supporting a terrorist group denied Friday that the group, the Islamic Jihad Union (IJU), exists.

Omid S, a 28-year-old Afghan-born German citizen, told the Frankfurt court on the first day of his trial that he was not guilty because there was no such group.

Two men went on trial Friday on accusations they were involved with a radical Islamic group whose alleged plans to attack U.S. targets in Germany were foiled by authorities in 2007. 

Though not charged in the plot itself, Omid S., a German of Afghan background, and Huseyin O., a Turk, are being tried on more general charges that they supported the Islamic Jihad Union, an offshoot of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan — a jihadist group with ties to Al Qaeda.

INDONESIAN authorities are bracing for a huge influx of boat people, anticipating as many as 10,000 asylum-seekers are waiting in Malaysia to transit through the archipelago and on to Australia.

This estimate was backed by a Malaysian group that deals with unauthorised immigrants. An Australian Government source warned of the potential for a similar influx to the thousands who began arriving in Australia from the late 1990s.

Another $7.5 million boat

On board were mostly men, understood to be of Afghan or Iraqi descent, who are now being processed on Christmas Island in immigration detention…

It is the 16th boat to arrive in Australian waters this year — during which 867 people have been intercepted by border protection. Arrivals this year are up from the 161 asylum seekers who came by boat last year, but well down on the 5516 people who arrived in 2001.

(N)ew figures reveal the cost of processing the latest influx of boatpeople is about $38,000 an asylum seeker.

Obviously, Gilat Shalit never had a chance. He was most likely tortured to death shortly after being captured. One can only hope now that the Nethanyahu government doesn’t fall into the same trap as last time and exchanges live terrorists against the remains of Gilat.

GAZA, June 25 (Xinhua) — The Islamic Hamas movement on Thursday said it cannot confirm or deny if the captive Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit is still alive.

    “The crazy war on the Gaza Strip wiped out everything so we don’t know if Shalit is still alive or if he has died,” Osama al-Muzini, a Hamas official authorized to speak on this issue, told Xinhua, referring to a 22-day Israeli offensive against the Hamas-controlled territory in January.

    Al-Muzini, however, said Israel has to go ahead with talks to exchange Shalit for a number of Arab prisoners “whether the soldier was dead or alive.”

    “The Zionist enemy has to pursue negotiations without any signal confirming or denying this argument,” al-Muzini added.

MUSLIM CLERIC – ANJEM CHOUDARY – “ISLAMIC ROADSHOW” CONVERSION OF 11 YR OLD BRITISH BOY – ISN’T THIS A “HATE CRIME”?

The below article – aside from making your blood boil – is as clear a case of child abuse of a minor child as I’ve seen………..and/or a “hate crime”.

Let’s remember what happened when Christian preachers tried to pass out religious literature on the streets of Manchester – to adults:

“Two Christian preachers were stopped from handing out Bible extracts by police because they were in a Muslim area, it was claimed yesterday.

They say they were told by a Muslim police community support officer that they could not preach there and that attempting to convert Muslims to Christianity was a hate crime.” LINK

Yet the predatory Anjem Choudary can brainwash an eleven year old child – on the streets of Birmingham, England – whose parents were not present to protect their child or to given consent to Choudary’s forced Islamic conversion. Nor, did any parent give consent to the filming of their son during Choudary’s ‘Islamic Roadshow’.

Where were the “vigilant” British police??  Why is this not considered a “hate crime” as in the incident of the Christian preachers?  I think we all know the answers to those questions.

Choudary needs to be locked up for CHILD ABUSE – or better yet – deported.

French riot police have arrested 47 anarchists after they threatened to lead swarms of illegal migrants through the Channel Tunnel to Britain. 

Weapons including machetes, metal poles and a spiked club were found hidden by the activists during raids in Calais late on Wednesday. 

Some of those arrested had been massing in a protest camp aimed at helping the migrants to ‘tear down the borders’ to England .

More than 800 elite CRS riot-control officers are in the town, with another 1,200 on standby in the immediate vicinity.

A tense atmosphere has gripped the port all week, with a spotter helicopter circling overhead, roads blocked, and mobile police patrols circulating constantly. 

A local policeman spokesman confirmed that 17 of the arrests had been made in the vicinity of the camp, where officers were using stop and search tactics.

It gets better by the day: the UK justiciary aids and abets criminal Moslems!

Chalk up another ludicrous ruling by Britain’s High Court into the “you couldn’t make this up” category.

Just yesterday The Royal Courts of Justice ruled that :

“A judge ruled that the ‘undesirable’ immigrant, who ’embarked on a criminal career’ in the UK and still poses a threat of further offending, must be freed from detention………Daq, an alcoholic and drug addict, committed 18 offences between 1998 and 2004, using 13 aliases. They included robbery, assault and burglary. The High Court was told Ahmed Daq, 32, must be released on bail because the Home Office has already held him for three years to facilitate his removal from the UK but there is still no prospect of deportation. “

Now it’s not like this thug has been a model prisoner:

“Over the past three years, he has been repeatedly in trouble for violent outbursts against other inmates, and detectives fear he will be a menace on the streets.”

Yet once again the simpering, politically correct, British Courts are worried more about crooks then the British men, women and children.

“His [Daq] latest appeal hearing has been delayed as the legal debate continues over whether it is safe to return criminals and failed asylum seekers to the violent and war-torn east African state.”
