Court decision puts veil over women’s rights

It is illegal for a woman wearing a face-obscuring veil to board a plane in Canada. But a unanimous ruling last week by the Ontario Court of Appeal says it’s just fine for that same woman to give testimony in court with her face covered.

There’s more. Ontario’s highest court says veiled women can ask for an order to clear men out of the courtroom — any men in the public gallery, any male court staff, even her opponent’s lawyer, even the judge himself — in return for taking off her veil. It’s paragraph 85 of the ruling. Shariah law has come to Canada.

Department says Rutherford County runs the risk of violating civil rights laws if it doesn’t treat Islam as a religion

Islam has never been challenged in the courts. Holders corrupt Department of Justice calls it a religion. Does it mean that FGM, child-marriage, honor killings,wife beating, polygamy, terror, jihad  and sharia are legal  in the pursuit of happiness from now on?

The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday waded into the debate over a proposed mosque near Murfreesboro on Monday, saying that Islam is a valid religion.

The department on Monday filed a brief in a lawsuit challenging the proposed mosque, arguing that Islam is an officially recognized religion and warning Rutherford County officials that treating Islam as anything other than a religion could violate civil rights laws.

U.S. Attorney Jerry E. Martin will be holding a 1 p.m. press conference today to discuss the brief.

A MUSLIM woman who sparked a national debate when she asked to give evidence in court wearing a niqab has uncovered her face to testify in a fraud trial.

Tasneem, whose last name has been suppressed by the Perth District Court, gave evidence for just 15 minutes today in the trial of Anwar Sayed…

Tasneem, 36, has worn a niqab since the age of 17 and wanted to wear it while giving evidence in the trial. But Judge Shauna Deane in August ruled she must remove the face-covering garment so that the jury could see her facial expressions…

Judge Deane last week ruled that to make it easier for Tasneem to give evidence comfortably, men would be removed from the court.

The only men allowed in the courtroom while she gave her evidence today were male jurors, the judge’s usher, Mr Sayed and the lawyers. While female journalists were allowed to stay in the court to report on Tasneem’s evidence, male journalists were ejected.

I’m shocked none of the male journalists or their employers protested against this segregation.

Apologies – the fault is the court’s:

A lawyer representing Network Ten and the Seven and Nine networks made an application on Friday to alter the order so that male journalists could remain in court, but the application was rejected.

The man was apprehended  and turned over to the soldiers of  dell’ Arm. The incident is now investigated in the barracks of the provincial commando 114. The alien  does not speak Italian but keeps praying  continually in Arabic,  also within the offices dell’ Arm where the investigation have being conducted.

It appears the man is a refugee who resides in a Scandinavian country. He has not been charged with any crime.

The man dressed in gym-shoes,  jeans, shirt and jacket,  found his way through  the faithful and the visitors that crowded the basilica, then, escaping  the surveillance of the caretakers, jumped  up  on the altar and began to engage in some kind of ritual dance. Video here

Well, I guess we just have to get rid of millions of Americans then who agree with O’Reilly, just to please a Georgetown professor prostitute and the soldiers of Allah who pay him:

Bill O’Reilly and his inflammatory speech was on The View this week, and everybody knows it. But, the attention should go elsewhere.

His baseless anti-Muslim rhetoric that led Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg to walk off the set earlier this week was a ratings boon for him and the show. O’Reilly appeared on the Glenn Beck show and The View hosts are scheduled to discuss Thursday’s show on Monday.

The show is likely to grab more ratings and headlines, but really, it’s time to shift gears and focus on the anti-Islam hysteria sweeping over the U.S. Bill O’Reilly is getting bashed in the press, but thousands, maybe millions, agree with him. Some of them are silent. Many are not. It has become mainstream to bash Muslims.

Jihad Watch reader Mike read this post about a New York Times article in which the author, James C. McKinley, Jr., noted that Fort Hood jihadist Nidal Hasan shouted “Allahu akbar” before he started on his mass-murder spree, and then said, “Yet the gunman and his motive remain an enigma.”

Here’s a clue: Hasan Malik before his killing spree, with kaftan & coffee filter. On his name-card he called himself “Soldier of Allah” (SoA) When he killed, he yelled “allahu akbar”.

Here is the card that major Muslim Nidal Hasan gave to the infidels along with a quran before he attacked America and mowed down US soldiers at Fort Hood.

McKinley did mention the “Allahu akbar,” but McKinley ignored the mountain of evidence indicating that Hasan was a jihadist, including Hasan’s own PowerPoint presentation delineating Islam’s theology of jihad and warning that Muslims should be allowed to opt out of the U.S. military because adverse consequences could ensue if they were made to fight fellow Muslims, and the fact that he passed out Qur’ans on the morning of his mass murders. So Mike wrote this to McKinley at the Times:

J, “The gunman and his motive remain an enigma.”I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a better example of cultural rot than this sentence.

We live in a bizarre age when not only to traitors and jihadis get full rights of American citizens, but more bizarrely people like you continue to turn yourself into a human pretzel to avoid connecting the religion of Islam to the violence it inspired in Hasan’s own words and deeds.

You’re just another ass hat working at a newspaper gainfully employed to keep people confused.

Harsh? Maybe. But right. And in a magnificent example of the media elite’s contempt for the people it continues to try to fool, McKinley responded with this:

Classy.  Made me wonder if James C. McKinley, Jr is the bastard son of Walter Duranty……? Does James know the difference between an enema and an enigma?
