The Myths of Islam – Jihad Means ‘Inner Struggle’

“Taqiyyah” (also spelled ‘taquiyya’ or ‘taqiyya’ and also known as ‘Holy Hypocrisy’) is the art of deception and disinformation. It is a tactic to deceive the enemy; to lull an enemy into a false sense of security that ultimately weakens its resolve.

When a Muslim tells you something positive about Islam, never accept his or her word. They may be sincere, yet ignorant. Or they may be employing “taqiyyah”. Either way, non-Muslims should always be on guard against this Islamic tactic to confuse and deceive.

The Myth:

Islam’s Western apologists sometimes claim that since the Arabic word, Jihad, literally means “fight” or “struggle,” it refers to an “inner struggle” rather than holy war.

The Truth:

Qurei warns of possible ‘armed resistance’ if talks fail

Ahmed Qurei, a senior PLO official and former Palestinian Authority prime minister, has said he does not rule out the possibility that the Palestinians will launch an “armed resistance” against Israel if the peace talks fail.

Qurei, who was one of the architects of the Oslo Accords, was speaking at a seminar that was held in Cairo earlier this week. (More)

Hamas “work accident”  kills 5 children & 3 females in Rafah, 13 injured

A powerful explosion ripped through a Hamas Kassam rocket training site in the southern Gaza Strip on Wednesday, the Ma’an news agency reported.   In a statement Hamas did not give a cause for the blast in the town of Rafah. The Israeli military said it wasn’t involved, which suggests that the explosion was an accident.

Islamic rebels crying out “Allahu Akbar” stormed the parliament building in war-torn Chechnya on Tuesday, killing at least three people.

The militants jihadists, who have been fighting the Russian-controlled government since the 1990s, used a suicide bomber to blast open the gates then flooded into the building firing weapons that injured more than a dozen people.

The assault was mounted by three men while politicians and government employees arrived for work, according to Reuters.

Strapped with a bomb, one of the three blew himself up giving the others access to the parliament, and wounding several people.

The two remaining gunmen entered the building screaming in Arabic, “God is Great!” The terrorists opened fire, and according to The Associated Press, at least two police officers were killed, along with one parliamentary official….

Jihad Watch reader Mike read this post about a New York Times article in which the author, James C. McKinley, Jr., noted that Fort Hood jihadist Nidal Hasan shouted “Allahu akbar” before he started on his mass-murder spree, and then said, “Yet the gunman and his motive remain an enigma.”

Here’s a clue: Hasan Malik before his killing spree, with kaftan & coffee filter. On his name-card he called himself “Soldier of Allah” (SoA) When he killed, he yelled “allahu akbar”.

Here is the card that major Muslim Nidal Hasan gave to the infidels along with a quran before he attacked America and mowed down US soldiers at Fort Hood.

New York Times reporter can’t find Fort Hood jihadist’s motive or basic civility

McKinley did mention the “Allahu akbar,” but McKinley ignored the mountain of evidence indicating that Hasan was a jihadist, including Hasan’s own PowerPoint presentation delineating Islam’s theology of jihad and warning that Muslims should be allowed to opt out of the U.S. military because adverse consequences could ensue if they were made to fight fellow Muslims, and the fact that he passed out Qur’ans on the morning of his mass murders. So Mike wrote this to McKinley at the Times:

J, “The gunman and his motive remain an enigma.”I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a better example of cultural rot than this sentence.

We live in a bizarre age when not only to traitors and jihadis get full rights of American citizens, but more bizarrely people like you continue to turn yourself into a human pretzel to avoid connecting the religion of Islam to the violence it inspired in Hasan’s own words and deeds.

You’re just another ass hat working at a newspaper gainfully employed to keep people confused.

Harsh? Maybe. But right. And in a magnificent example of the media elite’s contempt for the people it continues to try to fool, McKinley responded with this:

In the interview, he urges the Muslims, including those living in the West, to wage jihad against America and Saudi Arabia. Al-Shihri calls upon Muslims in the West to carry out attacks modeled on those carried out by the Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan and by the Christmas Day airplane bomber, the Nigerian Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, whom he calls heroes. He describes in some detail the chain of events that led to his incarceration at Guantanamo, and states that all mankind must fight the Americans, “who are the enemies of the human race.”

Sweden: "Canadian Man" Fails to Blow Up Plane

A man. A Canadian man. A Canadian citizen around the age of 30. Of Paki origin.

It was all a joke, you see…  no, he was framed! Or maybe he heard voices, like his profit Muhammad. In any case: nothing to do with Islam, go back to sleep, infidel! Not to worry, Islam is a religion of peace……

Those four things are all that we’re told about this suspect in this story, and yet none of them, not even that he is of Pakistani origin (although that one points us in the direction of the real answer), gives us any inkling as to why he might have wanted to set off a bomb on a plane. Unless there is some terror threat among Canadian men around the age of thirty that has been underreported for fear of inciting Canuckphobia.

We can’t push in more, he has to swallow the rest…

UPDATE: More recent reports indicate the bomb threat may have been a hoax, and an unfortunate waste of the time and resources of law enforcement. The points about the nature of the reporting, however, still hold:

A MAN accused of conspiring to launch a terror attack against an Australian army base in Sydney believed that Somalia was the place for ”true jihad”, the Supreme Court heard yesterday.

Wissam Fattal told an undercover police officer in February last year that many Muslims from Australia ”were going to fight jihad in Somalia”. The court heard that Fattal was also interested in travelling to Yemen or Afghanistan, and that he believed the life of a mujahideen was the best life.

A group of conspirators waited in Australia for an Islamic cleric in Somalia to grant them a fatwa.

They wanted his blessing to break into Sydney’s Holsworthy army base and kill as many people as possible.

But one of them expressed fears that it could be “a catastrophe”, the Victorian Supreme Court heard yesterday.

In a phone conversation intercepted by police in June last year, Abdirahmin Mohamud Ahmed told Saney Edow Aweys it would be easy for an “angry” sheik in the mountains of Somalia to tell them to “enter this place” and they had to ask “people with knowledge”.

“If the sheik says to the guys enter this place . . . it’s a catastrophe, brother,” Mr Ahmed said.

Mr Aweys, who has been identified in many recorded conversations repeatedly describing Australians as “infidels”, told Mr Ahmed he was “soft” and told him if a fatwa was granted, “I am included”.
