Outwardly, anyway: Yusuf al-Qaradawi expounds the doctrine of taysir, which allows Muslims to practice a more “relaxed” version of Islam — so long as their hearts cling to the more “uptight” version.

A recent episode of the popular Arabic showal-Sharia wa al-Haya (Law and Life), which airs weekly on Al Jazeera and features renowned Muslim scholar Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, addressed the important yet little known Muslim concept of taysir (pronounced “tey-seer”).

Qaradawi, who is touted by the likes of John Esposito and CAIR as a “moderate” — even as he legitimizes suicide attacks against Israel (including by women) and death for apostates — explained that, according to fiqh al-taysir (the “jurisprudence of ease”), Islam (like Catholicism) offers Muslims dispensations, whenever needed: “For Allah desires ease for you, not hardship” (Koran 2:185; see also 5:6, 4:26-28, 2:286). For instance, Muslims traveling during the month of Ramadan or engaged in jihad need not observe the obligatory fast. Raymond Ibrahim from Pajamas Media explains……

They deplore men’s obsession with polygamy and other sex-focussed debates (Mahmood’s Den, 2010). On December 11, 2009, Saudi journalist Nadine Al-Budair, a presenter on the Arabic-language American TV channel Al-Hurra, published a satirical article titled “Me and My Four Husbands” in the independent Egyptian daily Al-Masri Al-Yawm, where she wondered why a Muslim man can marry up to four wives, while a Muslim woman could not do the same. Al-Budair made her point in similar statements during an interview with the Saudi owned liberal website Elaph based in London a year earlier, in which she argued a woman needs four husbands more than a man needs four wives (Free Muslims, 2010) creating an uproar on the cybersphere, where she was condemned by both genders and especially by members of the religious establishment.

The above phrase, often repeated by Islamic thriumphalists like Tariq Ramadan, has long replaced talk about “reform” of Islam, and is about to replace all deceptive talk of “integration or assimilation”. Something which Turkish PM Tayyip Erdogan has already denounced as being “a crime against humanity”.

Does Australia's Gold Coast Need an Imam?

Melissa Townsend from the Gold Coast News believes Pauline Hanson is more of a worry than the invading Mohammedans.

‘WE don’t want her here’.

That was the frank statement by the Gold Coast’s Islamic leader, Imam Imraan Husain, in response to revelations that Pauline Hanson was considering running for Gold Coast mayor.

The head of the Islamic Society of the Gold Coast said if the controversial former One Nation MP ran for the position and won, it would spell disaster for the city.

Earlier this year Ms Hanson came under fire for stipulating she would not sell her Coleyville home to a Muslim, but Imam Husain said no Muslim would want to buy her property anyway.

“We don’t want cloudy weather here on the Gold Coast, we want a clear forecast and sunshine all the time… she’s a storm,” he said.

A rather odd remark, that. Hanson a storm?   Recently a high ranking  imam  personally  disabused me that “nobody can stop Islam, Islam is like a tsunami…”

“We want level-headed people here, people who will promote our multiculturalism, people who will give everyone a fair go and people who will promote tolerance for diversity.

Islam is the replacement ideology for multiculturalism, tolerance and diversity.

“We want people to live in harmony and be happy, and I’m sure the Gold Coast would prefer people such as our current mayor, who has been very good to Muslims.

With Islam comes harmony & happiness?  Millions of victims of Mohammedan terrorism around the world beg to differ….. just a few examples, here:

More than 20,000 Middle-Eastern people visited the Gold Coast in the year ending March 2010, but Imam Husain said they could be put off if Ms Hanson became mayor.

Hundreds of thousands of Japanese used to visit the Gold Gold coast,  spending  a lot more than the Mohammedans ever will.  They never asked for a Japanese cemetary or  a Japanese school. Any idea why they now stay away?

“They enjoy our beautiful facilities here, and of course our mayor has been very accommodating to these tourists,” he said.

“These people are good spenders, but if they know of someone who is not so kind to them and has this biased attitude towards Muslims, then obviously they are going to look for some other destination.

“Emotionally, some people may say ‘that’s good, we don’t need these Muslims’, but practically it’s not good for the Gold Coast.”

Mariam Najibah, who is the head teacher at the Australian International Islamic College at Carrara, said it was a ‘free country’ and Ms Hanson could run if she liked.

“I wouldn’t vote for her because she doesn’t represent the whole community because of her biases,” she said.

A Christian nurse, Magdaline Ashraf, 22, was raped by Dr Jabbar Memon, a Muslim doctor, and his two friends at Room 96 of the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC, a state-run hospital) Doctors’ Mess in Karachi, the largest city of Pakistan, on July 13. According to Minorities Concern of Pakistan, the nurse was thrown out of the window. Muslim husband rapes wife, judge sees no sexual assault because Islam forbids wives to refuse sex

Remember the female judge in Germany who ruled according to sharia when a Muslim woman was seeking a divorce from her violent husband a few years ago?  Said new age judge must have undergone cultural sensitivity  training (because-it-says-so-in-the Koran)  which was enough for her to disregard the law of the land.  Funny how quickly people forget. Why did  she become a judge in the first place?

The Koran has no place in a country that is not occupied by the soldiers of Allah. But when barbarians confront multiculturally befuddled creatures, there is a misconception that the law of the land no longer suffices. That is bizarre.

Willing submission, voluntary dhimmitude, mindless caving in to barbarity. What has emancipation and equality done for these women?

And now a New Jersey judge sees no evidence that a Muslim committed sexual assault of his wife — not because he didn’t do it, but because he was acting on his Islamic beliefs: “This court does not feel that, under the circumstances, that this defendant had a criminal desire to or intent to sexually assault or to sexually contact the plaintiff when he did. The court believes that he was operating under his belief that it is, as the husband, his desire to have sex when and whether he wanted to, was something that was consistent with his practices and it was something that was not prohibited.”

UK: Arrested for Spitting

There are many Muslims who regularely spit on  returning British soldiers and insult them in the vilest ways, but were they ever arrested, imprisoned or deported?

There are also Muslims like this one who nearly bashed a Briton dead with a baseball bat, but has he been arrested?

But when a drunk makes a fool of herself and curses Muslims, the law comes down on her like a ton of bricks. (English Law, that is)

Was she  arrested  for not being Muslim? You be the judge:

Boney M Skips the 'Rivers of Babylon' to Please Ramallah Terrorists

RAMALLAH, West Bank — When the iconic 1970s disco group Boney M rocked Ramallah this week, the local music festival prevented the band from performing one of its biggest hits.

Lead singer Maizie Williams said Palestinian concert organizers told her not to sing “Rivers of Babylon.” The song’s chorus quotes from the Book of Psalms, referring to the exiled Jewish people’s yearning to return to the biblical land of Israel.

Palestinians often question the Jewish historical connection to the Holy Land. Organizers said they asked for the song to be skipped, deeming it “inappropriate.”

“I don’t know if it is a political thing or what, but they asked us not to do it and we were a bit disappointed that we could not do it because we know that everybody loves this song no matter what,” she said.

Germany: Muslim Cops For Muslim Neigborhoods?

Germany admits defeat on its home soil – yet leaves the immigration spigot on.

Here in Germany the state run propaganda channels are relentlessly pushing Islamic Turkey in your face. Its all pervasive, you can’t escape unless you switch it off.  My, look at all that cultural enrichment! How could we ever be without it! They even make things in Turkey; in fact they make so many things that only hardcore bigots and Islamophobes like you and me would not welcome the Turks in the EU!

But  in the fatherland,  the problems (with Muslims and the jihad) grow exponentially:

The police union for the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)stunned Germans this week when it announced it would bring policemen from Turkey to help patrol the turbulent streets of some immigrant neighbourhoods in NRW cities. With this announcement, the state’s police administration is admitting domestic police forces can no longer handle violent Turkish and other youths of immigrant backgrounds inhabiting these quarters.

Greetings from Germany!

Some of our readers may have noticed that there were no updates for the last 30 hours, which can happen when the sheik goes on a magic carpet ride and crosses the oceans, just to go on another fact finding tour. Here’s our second post from the old continent:

A picture from the English Garden in Munich, which is world famous for sun-hungry vixens. (People tell me they come out whenever the sun shines…)  Lately one can witness cultural & moral advancement in the form of  progressive black  shrouds,  likely to replace the immoral, unhealthy behavior of these misguided natives within  10 years, perhaps sooner, inshallah!

Rene Stadtkewitz,  the politician who invited Geert Wilders to speak in Berlin, is likely to be expelled from the Christian Democrats who are neither Christian or democratic, something the Bunglawussi blog advertises as: Islamophobic politician faces expulsion over invitation to Wilders

Rene Stadtkewitz, a Christian Democratic deputy in the legislature of Berlin state, was unrepentant over his invitation to Wilders. He said they would meet October 2 to share views on how to fight political Islam. He gave no details of any public appearances.

The Christian Democratic Union (CDU) of Chancellor Angela Merkel is an opposition party in the Berlin regional legislature. The city and suburbs constitutes one of Germany’s 16 states.

Frank Henkel, caucus leader of the city CDU, said he would expel Stadtkewitz from the caucus if he did not call off the Wilders visit. “I won’t cancel the invitation to Wilders. That would go against my fundamental political convictions,” Stadtkewitz responded.

Stadtkewitz resigned his CDU party membership in 2009 in protest at a fellow member who has built bridges with city Muslims, but remains a member of the CDU caucus in the state legislature. He has campaigned against plans to build the newest mosque in the city. He has charged that the Merkel party is “too soft and too tolerant” towards “violence-prone, radical Muslims.”

It can’t come too soon, because the dhimmification of the Netherlands is proceeding rapidly: a hospital removed three paintings from its walls because they included depiction of pigs. It chose to take action after a single person — a non-Muslim — complained, saying that Muslims might become offended.

The relatively uncommon burka is just one of the issues making things tense. ‘It’s like the Jew before,’ one businessman says of the prejudice. ‘It’s dangerous.’

That’s right after she tried to get crucifixes banned from German classrooms. She’s pushing it; because she can:

Aygul Ozkan, minister of integration in Lower Saxony state, had asked media to sign a charter to abstain from “racist” reporting. (Islam is not a race. But striking terror in the hearts of all Islam-critics is official policy of the OIC and the UN, and this Islamo agit-prop is doing their bidding….)

The draft proposed that signatories ‘use culturally sensitive language,’ educate readers to think ‘interculturally’ and devote news attention to ‘the challenges of integration.’ She suggested leading editors meet in August to publicly sign the charter.

As the outcry grew, Ozkan appealed for calm, saying the text was ‘just a first possible draft as a basis for discussion.’ (Monsters & Critics)

Pakistan: Christians murdered outside courthouse had been acquitted of blasphemy

When Aygül Özkan was appointed by former Prime Minister Christian Wulff to become the first Muslim minister in Germany, there was doubt whether the contradiction between Islamic teachings and our Basic Law could always be regulated in the secular sense. For the first time in the history of the Federal Republic of Germany this minister would like to shake down the freedom of the press granted in the Basic Law. Media are to commit themselves officially to only report to certain topics in a sense specified first and with arranged language. Guess  which topics this could be….?
