Is KRudd’s failed immigration policy the boomerang that will come around to   hit Australia’s “caring”  Socialist government in the ass?

Since word got around that the  Australia’s Socialists opened the flood gates to third world immigrants, the boats keep coming, and  all know how to play the game. Whether these unwanted Afghans or Tamils  set their boats on fire or use children to appeal to the Australian public on TV, they are determined  to make their way to Australia. And once again, Indonesia, this wonderful Muslim nation parasite next door, sees Australia as the stoopid cash cow it is:

0,,7085666,00Hey Mr KRudd:  why on earth would someone spend 18 months on a leaky boat? Why would “asylum seekers” travel through numerous countries with a similar culture, or religious belief, to cross water to a country that is 60% desert and full of infidels.

If we’re saving their lives, that’s most of the argument right there. No question. But let’s not pretend there’s no cost in bringing in people who are often from very different cultures and educational standards:

Refugees are creating a soaring welfare headache for taxpayers with the total annual cost of Centrelink benefits up nearly 40 per cent to an estimated $628 million in just two years.

The hypocrisy is astonishing. What Kevin Rudd promised two years ago:

The Pacific Solution is just wrong. It’s a waste of taxpayers’ money. It’s not the right way to in fact handle asylum seekers or others and therefore we think the best way ahead is to use Christmas Island instead. It’s a facility which is part of the Commonwealth of Australia….There will be no continuation of the Pacific Solution under a Federal Labor government.

What the Rudd Government still jeered as of yesterday:

On the resumption of parliament yesterday, Foreign Minister Stephen Smith challenged the Coalition to nominate which of Labor’s policy changes it would overturn… ”Would you reintroduce the Pacific solution, where processing is done on Manus Island and Nauru?

What Rudd now copies from John Howard, substituting only “Indonesia” for “Nauru”:

SEVENTY-EIGHT asylum seekers who were picked up by an Australian customs ship at the weekend are likely to end up in detention in Indonesia after a diplomatic impasse over their fate was broken late yesterday.

It’s the hypocrisy and spin which is most revolting.

No. It doesn’t end there.

KRudd’s sucking up to Indonesia makes everything worse, much worse. And way more more expensive. Remember: infidels are expected to pay the jiziya with willing submission and KRudd is there today and tomorrow to pay up. It will be years before we even know how much KRudd is paying to bribe Indonesia while occupying the Australian public with the so called oil for food scandal. (As if anybody could sell anything in Iraq without bribing the regime in then days!)

But the damage done will be irreparable….

Australia’s Prime Minister Kevin Rudd cannot get himself to call it Islamic Terrorism.


It is a tragedy for Australia that in such a time of need the country is led  by the nose by such a pathetic, cowardly fool from whom you get nothing but  hot air and “Climate Change”.

Even the New York Times takes notice:

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said the arrests offered a sobering reminder of the “enduring threat from terrorism at home, here in Australia, as well as overseas.”

Australia has not had a major attack on its territory in recent years. (no idea what that’s supposed to mean. It certainly doesn’t mean we’re safe with more Islamic migration…/ed)

However, a number of people are serving lengthy prison sentences for plots that have been uncovered since the government imposed tough anti-terror laws in the wake of Sept. 11, 2001. Dozens of Australians have been killed in attacks overseas, including three people who were killed in simultaneous suicide bomb attacks at two American hotels in Jakarta, Indonesia, last month.

And then there’s this:

Victorian Police Commissioner Simon Overland has lashed out at The Australian newspaper for putting officers conducting terror raids on Tuesday at serious risk by reporting on the terror raids even before they were carried out.

“Obviously there was reporting of these raids in The Australian newspaper this morning and I am extremely disappointed the details of this operation have been leaked and I will be vigorously pursuing the leak from my end – and I expect the Federal authorities will be doing the same,” Overland said on Tuesday morning.

Mr Overland is most concerned about  “the importance for people not to get carried away with the fact the terror suspects are Muslims. They do not support terrorism and they have successfully integrated into our community.”

Really? Where is the evidence of their “successful integration?”  How would Overland know what Muslims support?

But that leaves lots open to interpretation—natural gas is technically a cleaner fuel than crude oil, but it’s still unsustainable—making it difficult, if not impossible, to measure whether eco-based jobs are being created and whether, as the administration has claimed, they’re the saviors of a sagging economy.

Never mind the thousands of jobs Kevin Rudd will kill in mining and manufacturing with his insane mega-taxing emissions trading scheme. He’s announced at the Labor conference today that he’ll make up the loss – well, some of it:

The climate change sceptics constantly scaremonger about the possible loss of jobs through the transition to a lower carbon economy. But they constantly fail to talk about the new clean energy jobs of the future which will arise from the introduction of the carbon pollution reduction scheme, the renewable energy target and energy efficiency measures in the future.

So what are those jobs, and how much will they earn us?

Um, well, first of all they’ll actually cost us money instead:

“International law, international finance, international standards, global governance, United Nations, carbon trading, global warming, climate change, world economy, carbon footprints…   ah yes: “working families”  anybody?  You don’t hear much about them these days.

If all fails (or if all goes to plan) career  rider  KRudd will still fall up the ladder and find himself a cushy  position at the United Nations. Thats where spin-doctors usually end up. Just think about Koffi Annan for a moment: he didn’t  do badly out of it. Neither did Tony BLiar, Britain’s empty suit who is looking for peace in all the wrong places and reads the Koran every day.

The environmental group Friends of the Earth advocated the transfer of money from rich to poor nations during the 2007 UN climate conference.

And thats what it’s all about – redistribution of wealth via Socialism, with a capital S – the forcing of AGW obedience world wide is the sheep’s clothing these wolves wear.

Great idea: Americans should “pay” for  China’s carbon footprint…

This brings to 18 the number of asylum seekers now lured to their deaths since Kevin Rudd softened our laws:

On Tuesday, nine bodies, eight of them Pakistanis, were found floating in the South China Sea off Pengerang… In both incidents, the foreigners had luggage with them and most were carrying huge amounts of money…

(I)ntelligence reports indicated that the foreigners were on their way to Indonesia before continuing their journey to Australia where they hoped seek asylum.

The morality of public policy should be judged not by intentions but consequences, not by the seeming but the doing. In this case, it seems that Rudd’s compassion kills.

The ABC also understands the Federal Government received advice from the Australian Federal Police that Labor’s policies on border protection and refugees would lead to more boat arrivals.

But (Foreign Affairs Minister Stephen) Smith refused to be drawn on whether the AFP had advised the Labor Government that its policies could lead to a surge.

If   KRudd hates people smugglers so much, why did he give them the business incentives? 

At least KRudd is hardening up on people smugglers. He’s calling them bad names. That ought to scare ‘em away. But if we’re going to let them all into the country anyway, why not run a ferry service from Indonesia to Australia? It would be cheaper and safer than spending millions on border protection…

First Climate Change Minister Penny Wong offers children prizes to write an essay on ”what climate change means to me”. Now this: 

(Parliamentary Secretary for Early Childhood Education and Child Care) Marxine McKew wants to train toddlers and pre-school children to become political activists. 

She has drafted her controversial Early Years Learning Framework which, if adopted, would cover all kindergartens, childcare centres and other early childhood settings….She wants children to:

CONTRIBUTE in a meaningful way to reconciliation, including flying the Aboriginal flag and inviting elders to give talks.

USE “social inclusion puppets” and “persona dolls” to explore exclusion and ethical issues…

ASSESS and act on power dynamics as they get older.

Teaching children to simply be nice and treat others as you’d wish to be treated yourself should cover all the ethnical teaching a pre-schooler needs. The rest is propagandising, and McKew should be ashamed of herself. That totalitarian instinct should be resisted, not indulged.
